Has to be a reporting company.. Corporate officers and insiders have to file a form to notify of any trades. Until Q files with the SEC, you won't get this info.

Lol, yes the other day! I had to go walk at the beach, I live on Long Island, NY so I rode down to Long Beach...

Beautiful women galore! Young too... Seventeen, eighteen, Nineteen... the perfect age...

I had to clear my head of a few things, cmkx,qtv, my girl and just life...

I have decided that I will pretty much 'go broke' inorder to invest a little more money.

I am 23 and just got accepted to Graduate school, so I have 2.5 years left... I figure who cares if I have 'basically' nothing in the bank except my girls ring fund and my checking account. If I 'blow' it all away in the stocks does it really matter? In 2.5 years I can easily recoup what I lost and will have a Master's Degree... If I succeed, then I will have more money then I started with... so whats the big deal? Besides, not many of my friends, until now, have trading accounts. I guess I am just feeling 'weird' since I have a nice size portfolio, learning the trading scheme, but have little 'hard' cash...

Maybe I am making myself nervous over that... Well if CMKX hits like qbid did I will be fine and dandy... I'd be happy if cmkx hit .02 if we hit above that forget it, I am gonna **** myself...(I dont have much shares, 390k with another $150 worth by Friday, hopfully. It is just that for me, the $10k that I would make from it would realllllllllly make me relxed...

Once a company files are they automatically bumped up to a regula OTC stock or are they still considered a pink sheet until something else happens? I am curious and could not find anything useful to me on the internet regarding this.
