Take advantage of the DD provided by the many "on top of the situation" traders here, but always follow up with your own research. To do otherwise is to go blindly forward on faith. Trading is not a "faith" game. As for my statements two days ago. I am going to try to make things a bit clearer. Everyones concerns last week were indeed well founded. "Paid Pumping" is something that is frowned upon by the SEC. All is "NOT" as it appears on these boards concerning a certain trader who claims to have carried this from the beginning. Their position is not one to "protect" the traders here, but one of "self-interest". I will not post my proof as it could damage the investments of many to shed light to this matter. Trade this stock on your own merit. It is a solid investment, but do not be led to believe that the trader I refer to is strictly in this for the benefit of you. They have "millions" of reasons to make sure this stock continues to go up. I am not going to go into anymore depth here as it could possibly have damaging effects. Good luck to all here. I won't be posting on this thread as my position now is mute as I have sold my holdings in this stock. That is not to say I feel that it is not a sound investment. But I know of some matters that could damage it at the drop of a hat. I for one cannot afford to have a great deal vested in such a way. At this point, silence on this matter is my best way to help all involved. Your friend, Dog.

What a ration of crap......
It's a shame you feel it is ok to dump your stock after pumping it for weeks. Now you can't bring yourself to fill everybody in. That's sort of like a fireman standing watching us burn and not using the water cause it could drown us. Get real, get a life and get on down the road......
I have to admit I haven't offered much in DD to anyone but will try to do better and dig up anything I can find. Still new at this but there must be something out there that we can find that poochie is protecting us from. I'll dig as much as I can and try to post more as I find it. Unless it's some sort of inside info between a couple of regulars it should be there somewhere.
Dakota told you that......

Come one guys and gals...I havent seen a single post of DD today.
Here's an article about our Q...it mentions "bureaus in Washington, D.C., New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Jerusalem and Iraq" as well as planned showing of Bette Midler's Divine Madness concert. Anyone know about this concert?

Q Television Will Offer Gay and Lesbian Programming
June 4, 2004
Q Television Network will offer a combination of original and acquired programming, which includes sports, fashion, travel, health & fitness, talk shows, plays, documentaries and movies. Teams of producers and directors will also bring breaking stories of interest to the network's audience via access to bureaus in Washington, D.C., New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Jerusalem and Iraq.

A preview of original programming premiered in May at the National Cable & Telecommunication Association's annual industry conference and was also included in a successful five-hour sample broadcast on May 15, which aired on Cox Cable in Louisiana and Comcast in the Puget Sound Region. Included in that preview was I Will, I Do, We Did, an original Q Television documentary exploring gay and lesbian marriage in America that offers an inside glimpse of the challenges faced by this community. Independent films, such as An Intimate Friendship and Straightman, are other examples of what will be available on the network, as well as commercial fare such as Bette Midler's "Divine Madness" concert.

Sorry if you've seen this before (regarding Firestone advertising):
Tire Company Markets to Homosexual Community
By Dawn Rizzoni
CNSNews.com Correspondent
December 25, 2001

(CNSNews.com) - After dealing with the controversy surrounding defective tires, the Bridgestone/Firestone (BFS) company now faces another conflict over their decision to sponsor events, television programs and web sites geared toward the homosexual community.

BFS is a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, the world's largest tire and rubber company. Tread separation in some of the company's Firestone tires have led to blowouts and rollover accidents. Millions of Firestone tires have been recalled, but at least 174 fatalities have occurred because of the defects.

Now, the company is seeking to expand its "diversity marketing efforts" by targeting the homosexual community, a move some say, will further harm the company's image.

In a recent news release, BFS announced it is "extremely pleased" to include "gays, lesbians, bisexuals and the transgender community" in its marketing efforts. The company also said it is "proud to be the first tire company with a national marketing effort directed to this important segment of the U.S. population."

BFS will sponsor the websites PlanetOut.com and Gay.com, and will participate in different events with both sites throughout 2002. The activities will begin with The Gay Life Expo in New York and continue at various "pride celebrations" during that year.

Print advertising from BFS will appear in the magazines Out, Genre, Curve and The Advocate. The company will also deliver targeted television advertising as part of its "founding sponsor agreement" with The Triangle Television Network.

Corporate profits from BFS will be used to fund charities such as the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation; The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network; The Family Pride Coalition; and several different AIDS-related organizations.

Don Wildmon, president of the American Family Association (AFA), lashed out at BFS's marketing effort.

"Every American family who buys Firestone tires should be alarmed by this dissuasive direction of the company. With each purchase, their hard-earned money is going to help fund gay pride parades, homosexual television shows, and full-page ads in homosexual magazines."

Christine Karbowiak, vice president of public affairs for BFS, said she was disappointed with AFA's reaction.

"Bridgestone/Firestone has long valued the strengths that come with having a diverse" customer base, she said.

According to Karbowiak, BFS's goal is to address a number of audiences, including Hispanic and African American groups, so that BFS can "better communicate the benefits of our products."

Karbowiak also compared the company's current marketing effort with a new Spanish language edition of its tire information website, citing it as another example of BFS's "commitment to diversity."

Ok, I've basically stayed out of the DaDog issue because I just didn't allow it to rattle me in the first place... I viewed it as on par with Baa'aaart, vado, new2 and a few others... but I bit my tongue 'til it fell off....

I was going to type a long comparison, but I'll give you the short version of what I think about his "explanation"....

The really f()cked up thing is that he basically paraphrased what he posted the other day. Only he added the disclaimer that nobody should sell based on him - basically, to excuse himself of any responsibility. Then he reposts the same doom and gloom type sh\t without anything to back it up. Then he says that he knows something bad, but it would hurt others investments to know it too.... I would think it would hurt them to NOT know, otherwise DaDog would have KEPT his QBID!

Either spill it about what you know, or go tell Baaa'aaart we said "hello". If you think someone is a paid pumper, don't elude to it, say it flat out! If you bring it up, you have the responsibility to explain it. Isn't that why everyone has been calling each other to the mat lately?!

The recent post (after the apparent 2 day meeting) did nothing but rehash the original post, but try to excuse responsibility for the sh\tstorm that it caused. That doesn't cut it! You started it, so come clean.

Anyway, that's part of my 2 cents worth, but I reserve the right to add more (inflation)...

Hello, new to message board. Have been holder of QBID since .0001 I guess anyway I look at it this company has made more profit percentage wise than any I have owned in over 20 years of trading. I can not see anything negative about it. Im just waiting and holding and enjoying reading all the pumps and bashes on many message boards. What a way to make money. You sure dont have to work for it.

Inflation hits, so here's my 3cents.

I would think a company who would pay for "pumping" would pick an incredibly smart & savvy person.

Not someone who would post in almost euphoric excitement gabby chat with internet buddies about a big meeting with Frank whereby lots of questions would be asked and oh yes, the trip being paid for!

Let's be rational now. The REALITY is that the posts just prior to the trip to Palm Springs and then on to the scheduled Sacremento area emitted as much joy & excitment as a major U2 fan might express upon just recieving backstage passes to U2... with a promised hug & kiss from Bono!

Most likely, the REALITY was that the little board gal, in her excited state, misinterpreted a secretary trying to be helpful with flight arrangements (times/pick-up etc) AND then was hugely disappointed when the business man in the midst of launching a program he has worked on for years provides, in REALITY, a five minute tour/meeting where few if any questions could be asked.

This, in my internet opinion, appears to be more likely the case. Certainly makes much more sence then a company working for years, overcoming huge obstacles, learning from many mistakes... then right before the launch decides to pay a "pumper" on a board that sees maybe what, 10,000 hits a day... from the same people day in & day out?? May 25 newbies a week to the site? I'd need Allstocks to give us the real stats but Allstocks can't be all that omni-important in the stock world.

Would this said company do something so amazingly stupid knowing that several hundred million people around the world have the potential to buy this stock once it launches?? Think people, think. Is someone, the government, really wasting their time investigating an excited poster gal gabbing with internet buddies?? If so, could they please work on something a bit more lethal like the following...

On CNN tonight: An American man owns a website named something like the Islamic American something-or-other. Four months before 911 he allows an article written in Arabic to be posted on his website, whether written by him or not I'm not sure, stating to the effect that it would be good for Jihad for muslims to hijack airplanes and committ suicide by crashing into... nothing specific given. An American jury found him innocent as he has rights based on the 1st Ammendment. I'm pretty darn sure our ancestors did not begin to have the freedoms we so freely & thoughtlessly provide to all.

If this is possible in todays world, let's get real and get back to the basics of of DD & stocks buckarroos & buckettes. Yes, I'm from the bronco-busting southwest.

This Allstocks board & the members provide information based on DD, posting of confirmable DD, as well as various opinions & speculation. It provides encouragement. It provides validations for those whose brain & gut are not synchronized. Moral support. Even allows letting off steam. Even allows manipulative people to strike fear. Or truly concerned people to strike the same fear without meaning to. Now that's 1st Amendment rights.

Try not to expend all your energy this weekend contemplating stocks, money & other people's opinions! Go out there and make this a really great weekend!!

That was my inflated 3cents. Goodnight all.

Oh, I forget to mention. The owner of the website I mention above is Muslim. I'm just putting this into context folks.

I know a handful of Muslims here in Arizona and they are the most warm-hearted, loving, happy and truly neighborly people I have met in a long time. They absolutely ache over terrorism in the name of their God. Sadly, I rarely see them happy now.

Ok, now goodnight. Promise.

Like Pharmdman I've stayed out of the Dadog thing, in fact I've stayed out of most of the BS on this board lately. In fact it was weeks and weeks ago (when I was posting regularly) that I had posted some things I had dug up on the first launch of the Q. Things like the fact that the Q did actually launch contrary to some thoughts, they just were never picked up by anyone so that the programming could not be seen. I was blasted by Reality for bringing old and negative news to "her positive board" I did not see it as negative, in fact I never posted a single negative thing about the Q since I bought in on Feb.2nd. I guess I did not realize I was posting on her positive board, I thought this was a stock board, all about dd and research, boy was I wrong. Anyway it set off my alarm, and I pretty much went into lurk mode which is where I will return after this message. Pharm and Ticker your last to posts are the best I've read on this subject, period. I have been in the stock market since the early 80's, not the pennies of course. Along came the internet, then on-line trading, then chat rooms and boards. Don't underestimate what is said on a board and the impact it can have. On the internet you can be anyone you want to be, Clark Kent, Lois Lane, etc. You can gain so much respect and power on a stock board that by just one post you can have people sell out the entire position in a stock and go hide in a corner. You all know of one because they were brave enough or stupid enough to admit it, but how many others that you don't know about also sold and told their friends and relatives who in turn told their friends, and so on. The point is Dadog is trying to tell you that there is a prominent player on this board who is a paid pumper of this stock and to reveal this publicly could harm this stock in spite of it's promising future because of the far reaching effects the internet has, and if you don't believe that you probably believe Al Gore invented the internet. Penny trading is basically an internet thing, that is it's basic platform. It's sad that this stock has become so emotionally charged, it has kept a lot of good facts and people away from sharing good things with us. Do what you need to do with this stock, me I'm going to go with my dd and gut say and hang in for what I think will be a big pay day. This message was approved by me and is of course as always JUST MY OPINION. GLTA I am back to Lurkland.

So what your saying is that the hotline message could possibly be one of us? But how do you explain this? http://www.emediawire.com/releases/2004/6/emw132586.htm

QTV is getting written up everywhere but your right, someone that only has positive things to say about a stock I consider to be a "Paid Pumper" U4 was a definetely a "pumper". Dont know about paid, but if he was like most of us he would still post on this board. Maybe he's using a different name. How about CASH? A lot of newbies dont know these people... Just like my thread on the hotline messages, I am now keeping track of all user names, dates, comments, locations, & email addresses. I got time.

As far as a big payday..you better believe this stock will see another 100% run in a day like it did @.0029

Never said that, (at the risk of sounding like a pumper lol)I believe in the company and the press releases, I am only referring to what you read on stock boards and who you believe in here. Not accusing anyone, not bashing anyone, I was just adressing the Dadog thing and I think what he was trying to say was pretty obvious to all and I can see if he had to explain more he could jeprodize the ability of this stock to rise to where it should be because of the far reaching effects that this and other boards play in pennyland. Let's face it we are probably all in the penny market because of the internet and the information we can gather from it so why not believe that things that are talked about cannot effect a stock. For every one person who reads something here there is 10 people he will tell about it that day, and so on, and so on.

Before the Internet, how were penny stocks found? I know I see them in the paper but theres like Thousands of symbols and so hard to do reasearch without the Internet. Was it mostly word of mouth through big investors? Did penny stocks become popular after the Internet?

It's the weekend and we can talk about anything besides QBID - as long as it pretains to QBID.

I'm more of a lurker than a poster here. I have been swing trading Q since .0007. I'm out right now and concentrating on my CMKX holdings, but I will be back in when the price bottoms. As for Diana, most of my decisions in this stock have been on advice I have received, or gleaned from, her postings here. To me she is the most professional trader I have found, and I read many boards. To jump on her for agressively marketing the product she has to sell (shares in Q) is absolutely stupid. She is a businesswoman with a product to sell and I would be amazed if she didn't promote that product. Most of the ANTI postings here are from people who are disappointed that their dreams didn't come true on THEIR schedule. Princess Di, don't let these people run you off. When I come to this board, I look for your posts first, and I would hate to lose that.

Dangit!...I hate not being able to find a site that I know exists and where I was at just last night.

Anyways, the OLD article (2002 maybe) I found referenced paid pumping in relation to Triangle Television. QBID was suspected of paid pumping and those people who were paid to pump could be found on popular stock message boards. They made no mention of penalties.
I just figured that this could be the "history" that dardadog was referring to that could put QBID in "jeopardy."

Regardless, I don't think this matter will affect QBID. As whiz says...
ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS LAUNCH!...and we're only 9-10 days away from getting great information from our Q.

I'll keep looking for that site...I encounter it often doing DD and it has been posted here before, because it had about 8 links at the very top to different "gay tv" related websites, including qtelevision, followed by a ton of news reports.

Finally found the site!
This "MEDIA ADVISORY" isn't dated, but it is placed between a 5/2001 article and a 1/2002 article.

"We have long suspected that Triangle and other companies operated
by Frank Olsen from the 1000 E. Tahquitz Canyon, Palm Springs, are
nothing more than pump and dump stock scams. The QBID stock, in
fact, has been recently pumped by a number of promoters paid in
hundreds of thousands of shares of QBID stock. Many of these pumpers
operate on QBID bulletin boards on stock sites trying to entice
individuals into purchasing this stock. Many of the individuals
purchasing this stock are gay/lesbian.

GLINN is issuing this message as a warning and an invitation
to the gay/lesbian media to investigate this for themselves
and develop news articles for their readers."

This is obviously old news, and it hasn't adversely affected Q to my knowledge.
I just wanted to point it out, suggest that this may be what dog is referring to, and say who cares...QBID is holding strong and I think she'll respond very well to the upcoming news.

GLTA and enjoy the weekend!

Nice find, I too believe this is old news and virtually irrelevant now. If QBID is a pump and dump scheme, it would undoubtedly be the most elaborate of the past 100 years. Am I not mistaken but the period when this was written was after the network tried to launch the first time and was unsuccessful. Cable and satelite companies didn't pick up their network, investors lost money, and as a result they were dubbed a pump and dump scheme, among other things. Had they succeeded and the stock went up and stayed there, I highly doubt this would have been said about them even if it was indeed pumped early on. A new controversial thing like a gay television network is going to be surrounded by controversy and naysayers coming from all directions. People will continue to try to discredit Triangle in the future, it wouldn't surprise me to see some fundamentalists try to start negative rumors to attempt to derail Triangle's strides. As savy investors, we need to be aware of this possibility, and not jump to the sell button on the first hint of a controversy.

We saw their test signal, we've read about QBID in the newspapers, we've verified their offices exist, and they haven't mislead us on a single pr this time around. I believe they have learned from their mistakes, they appear to be right where they should be in terms of launching the network. I give Frank Olsen a huge amount of credit for his perseverence, and following his dreams of launching Q Television, even after past failure. To sell on the eve of launching this, zero bad news makes no sense.

Go QBID!

***************
you have to ask yourself... if someone is so smart and savy, why are they paid to pimp a stock? Not that it might not pay half way decent, but one would think there are more ways to make money, some including ethics and morals. GLTA I am still holding.

Watch how easy this is.

I can't believe that a certain stock firm plans on trading 1 Billion shares this coming Tuesday. At that time QBID share price will go from .022 to .05 in 1 trading day. Only the few that know this, are putting in buy orders to get in at Mondays price.
Be aware that the price will drop on Wednesday from profit taking so enjoy the ride.

See how easy that was.

Don't try to figure me out.
