I believe they have until 9/30 to get out the audited financials. I am waiting until Labor day, then I will take my 200% gain that I am in at. Hopefully that will be a 3000% gain, but more than likely I will be out if nothing happens by then. But if there is more positive data, I will be holding for longer and longer. Hope that helps.

kolabud... i believe this was addressed in the past about "why don't the big guys get all over this" many of the "big guys" are limited on what exchange they're allowed to trade on... how would you like to have someone put thousands of your dollars in a pink stock and you loose 50-100% in 20 min.? you'd probably quit trading with them right?

As a result of the agreement noted in Item 1.01, the Company has concluded that it is the primary beneficiary of Conversion Solutions, Inc. as defined by FIN 46(R) and, therefore, will consolidate The FrontHaul Group, Inc and Conversion Solutions, Inc. financial results at the filing of the Company's Fourth quarter June 30, 2006 10KSB of fiscal 2005.
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
As a result of the agreement noted in Item 1.01, and incorporated by this reference; the Financial Statement of CVSU for the first quarter of 2006 January thru March, is attached hereto as Exhibit 9.1 and will be the starting point for the consolidated financial that will be filed for the Forth Quarter 2005 ending June 30, 2006.
I believe they have 60-90 days from that date to file the appropriate forms. So sometime between August 31 to Sept 30. Of course Rufus and Co have stated that it "should" happen by week's end.

I have to say I know people in this who are excited to make a few thousand dollars and those who are excited to make 100,s of thousands of dollars and those who may make millions.
This is not all a game as there is always someone who has more stock than another. The real game here is to learn how all this comes together ... and how well it works for each individual. Some are flippin excited to make a little extra to take the pressure off ... others are here to do much more - it's a personal thing.
The big key here (the way I see it) is to be in the game and learn all you can! Paraphrasing, don't just give one a fish, teach them how to fish. Unfortunately most of us do not have extensive funds to work with, but after one or two of these plays, you may have plenty.
I've seen plays on my watch list which have done very well recently ... I chose to be "all in" here because I believe in this stock and this board. As far as I'm concerned this board is liquid gold when it comes to knowing what is happening with any one stock.
I'm sorry kolabud, but it seems your impression here is we are heading down as you indicate your "holding". We're to think your long when you predict low future returns ... seems counterproductive to me. Oh, btw, was that long or short. And, btw, when you're in such a hurry, you spell your location "rocky mountian", I really have to wonder! GLTY.

Kola, I am new to all of this too. Most of the people on this board know what they are talking about. Occasionally, you have bashers, but not all of them are. This can be a great learning tool for future stocks, as I have learned from them a great deal. Just kick back and enjoy the ride.

I am somewhat new to all of this and have a question on the squeeze that may be about to begin or is beginning...with the symbol change and the new certs required for this to occur, shouldn't the squeeze have been happening to acquire these certs?
I am not bashing just trying to understand...I have a ton of money in this and believe in Harris et al will be able to negotiate whatever the shorts throw at them...
I also was wondering if a company is able to choose what MM's they deal with?
any help would be appreciated

People (I won't call them investors) who STILL think they are gonna suddenly get 15 bucks a share out of this scam (and it is more apparent every day that it is a scam with a capital "S") are idiots.
If you got in cheap, do yourself a favor and sell. When you look at this merger/deal, there is no "there", there.
Due diligence? What passes for "DD" here is an effin' joke.

True Romberry, most of us now believe we are heading for much more than $15. People here on this board have worked hard on excellent dd and have accumulated alot of information. So I guess you come aboard and we're just supposed to take your word and we should sell .... right!?
I would guess your purpose here is to shake the tree to: 1, cover your short position, 2, buy at a cheaper price, and/or 3, waste your time.

Good to see all of the brokers switchin over to CSHD now. Hopefully this will push things forward a bit.
I wouldnt worry about dingleberry folks. His only purpose on this board has been negative since he came here. Id hate to speculate but im guessing he has personal reasons for posting things here, and its not because he ever held a position in FHAL.

Catia...yeah he said that on a 1.03 close day. We have been nice and stable since then.
I love 'savoirs' who come in with no play either way (supposedly) and try to save us. I admit we could be wrong here. We may never see $15 but I am confident we will make money. Profit is profit.
