I have heard it so many different ways now... don't know what's right... so I'm sittin tight til my FHAL shares turn to CSHD in Scottrade, who by the way warned me that any buy and sells could possibly result in a short position and that Scottrade would not be held responsible, and that she just had to warn me about that first. Dunno, seemed like she was sure of herself at the corporate office.

According to both the etrade and choicetrade reps that I spoke to...unless we have been notified that WE CAN NOT sell these shares or they are restircted in some way...then there is not a problem...the TA has "released" these for trading according to both of the reps i spoke to...
Sorry..but I can't help but wonder if the other places/brokers that were mentioned earlier...aren't the ones that might have had a "short" problem...and so advised that the share holders not sell...until that particular broker could get the shares to cover...Just a thought...

yep, I have choicetrade, and all 50 of my shares show as CSHD and are freely tradeable...

I'm feeling again people! Things are progressing ... this phase will be close to an end when we ALL have correct CSHD info in our accounts.
As I recall? ... on paltalk ... Rufus said he would not change the price untill we ALL could trade it. And, then I believe he said something about coming out in one swoop with the 10k and the pps change. A super GLTA!

Schwab has still not updated. They told me tonight or tomorrow morning, they are pretty old school and take time. They did warn me not to sell any shares until I see the change as that could create a short position.
There are a lot more brokers out that may take more time for this to get done, we may not reset tomorrow. Patience young Jedi's !

All we know at this time is that we are progressing in the right direction ... we will see what happens once all people get the correct account information. It is my understanding that all accounts should be updated within a reasonably quick time frame ... could be another day or 2 yet ... we'll see!

Scottrade account is updated. There are no restrictions. These are the shares and are free trading. Now we await the 10K SB4, halt and reset. Looks like this is the week.

Okay, I've been reading the posts on this for a while. I've got some issues. First, I am holding CSHD. I would like someone to explain to me how all of the sudden the price will be "reset" to $15 a share. I'm not a trading expert, but that sounds like a reverse spilt. But that is not what is being talked about here. We are talking about a merger where once the company halts trading they will then "reset" the price to $15 pps. That would be awesome we will all make at least 15x our investment. Too good to be true, I argue yes. Then there is the talk about the shorts forced to cover to make it an even more spectacular play, doubtfull. If this were really going to happen wouldnt the big guys be all over this? Why would they just leave all of that pps gain to us penny investors? Maybe their was no issue with selling CSHD in the past couple of days (you know the talk about being cought in a short position if you sold). Maybe the people who were posting that were trying to keep people from selling. Please let me know where I am mistaken. Oh and none of that "come on people what so hard to understand" or "now you starting to get it" crap! Price prediction (remember I'm long) .57 pps 9.1.06

if you read back in this thread you will find all of the DD on the subs, their owners, their owners' lawyers, where they are located and how they are aliased.

I’m new here but not new to the stock, just switched over from the useless IHub board. BIG waist of time.
BB - great find on the bond! That post was reposted tonight on IHub. I tried to DD Caracas group and Ismet Paez for over an hour and a half and have come up empty. I not concerned but you would think something of there previous existence would turn up if they are large enough to fund a 500M bond no?

If you doubt how long I’ve been in this stock I’m on the first page (posts 1-50) of the IHub board. Got FHAL the beginning of May for an aver. of .104 a share, Still have 28600.
Do I have most of you beat?

Well your first post I thought was a great start. Your second seems defensive and a little arrogant although no one has said anything in response.
I don't have many myself but X $15 is always nice for what one can afford.

Kinda curious...does anyone have a "due by date"? You know...the audited financials are going to need to be out by ??? date or I am dumping this stock?
Gotta be honest...mine has come and gone...and I find myself "lost" because this is not how I usually "play"... Just wondering...

10 no due date. I have another 2 weeks on my pain threshold. I am not too worried as I have repeatedly stated without any new provable negative data.
