When asked why the brokers response was that was great because the 10K was due out tomorrow. I told my friend to call the broker back but by the time we hooked up the broker had gone home for the day. This guy is a straight shooter and I believe him

thx for the inclusion!!! my intentions are to help out even if i cant always do so.
i took today as an opportunity to average down a tiny bit. on the off chance that the usual friday pattern holds true and we see news come out.
we have GOT to hear something soon. im vibin tomorrow.
and just a side note: we cant verify Caracas Group, but in SLJB i havent been able to verify Wessel either. there's just stuff that isnt verifiable until it's verified. heah.

no, I do not know how to verify--or, if it's even possible--YET.
By that I mean, I mean me, myself, personally...
However, this was one of the first questions raised, as I recall--by Tim of PQL research. "What's the real value of the bond?"
Later, S-lemon ran across it... fwiw...
Now here's the deal--doesn't matter, logically, if PQL & S-Lemon are both bad actors. But claiming a publically tradeable instrument, from a publically traded company *should* result in more transparency.
Sure, I can understand individual traders not being subject to such scrutiny. But public companies? claiming such assets? regardless of whether we've "found the way" to verify...the point is, we should in fact be *able* to verify...

OK...so after several days of trying to look for verification on this Bond...and the only thing that I can find is that "the bond" does exist..."we" have to wait for filings of some sort to really verify...correct?
As I said in another post..."it" isn't an issue for me...why? Because i can't verify it...there has to come some point that You believe in the stock or you don't...
What the DD has shown me so far is that ~several of the people that are involved in some of the companies that CVSU "holds" are "impressive people"... ~that a merger of this sort has not been done... ~that so far "Rufas" has done all that "he" said would be done ~that it is "possible" to stop and "reset" the PPS...(even if it is only for 1 trade) ~most all of the steps have not been done through a "PR"...but through actual filings
I find this to be interesting...and at the same time aggravating...but I am learning as we walk through the process...this could be a great deal...and yet...even according to the 10K...it can be cancelled at any time

ya... my point, exactly; I hear you, really I do: If we wait until everything's known, the play may well be over... (cf my posts re "dayrunners")
on the other hand? *do* mine this play for all it's worth, in terms of DD. Cuz I guarantee you...if this is succesful in any way for the company? Or even if *the model* looks promising...we'll see more of these.
bottom line? we need to know all about not only "368" provisions but also bond research...
