so is this Friday the day symbol changes or is it Monday? or does anyone know?
I would like to buy when funds settle Wednesday. I do have concerns however as Im sure lots do, especially us newcomers. Maybe some of the LONGS can help me:
There's many people talking of what option will be chosen. Seems like option C is the leading canidate, which is make this $15 with new ticker. ------------------------------------------------ 1) I would think all of FHAL shareholders would sell asap and take huge profits if that happened, while some would sell half and see whr new company goes. Which of course should send stock down, how far, not sure? any case, everyone should make good gain, even if they bought now.
2) If the option where they take the avg price happens, then everyone would lose a bunch of money, cause it would open much lower then it is now.
Im just wondering if the LONGS think this is still a safe stock to buy. I know with reward comes risk, but if anyone has been in this long, ur opinions on this stock are appreciated. thx!

I don't have any problems with people selling when they feel it's right for them. I don't even care if people flip this or not. It bothers me when people sell and start stating things that are complete speculation, to scare newbies into selling, and the next thing you know they're right back in. If you want to sell, do it but not everyone needs to know every time someone buys or sells this. By the way BB your pics are pretty nice. Hey 10 when do we get to see pictures of you? -Cassity

Well looking aBB site. I know know why she was being so picky regarding the CVSU site. Nice design BB, strong colors, images, and only one or two sections that gave me a fatal error. Sure you are cleaning that up.

BB was bringing up questions and doing dd that she shared with us WHILE she was in the stock, before she sold it. I don't think the things she had to say were complete speculation.

I am glad you pulled profit BB , and I'm glad that your still around. I am more bullish on this stock myself, but I get to wondering too. I believe that if we move higher toward 7.21 before the merge I will feel much better going in. If not, well I don't yet know how I will feel about that.

OK, I thought I would put together a post with basically everything you need to know as to why this stock will more then likely soar:
CVSU is merging into FHAL. FHAL acts as the shell company, where CVSU is practically buying the shell (FHAL) an already established and listed corporation, for next to nothing. Basically it is a cheap way for CVSU to IPO themselves, not having to worry about underwritters, lengthy delays, etc.
Now, The book value of the Merged company is $7.21 as of the last filing. This will probably go up to the $20+ range when the 10q is filed and all the spinoffs and deals are factored in.
The stock price is guaranteed to hit $15.00 by Monday as the company will be resetting the price at that, atleast this is according to the CEO and the 8k filed with the SEC last week.
Now the #1 question I see is "What will keep the share price at $15.00" Of course it is not guaranteed to stay at a certain price once it is reset, however most stocks trade at 2-8 times mulitple of the book value. Even if the book value is $7.21 like it was in the last filing (which will be lower then the actual value IMO), that would put the share price at between $15-$60 right off the bat.
Another thing I wanted to note is that the current Float according to the company and TA is approximately 20 million shares. This is big IMO, since over half the float traded today alone.
Now the next thing I hear all the time is "This is too good to be true" Well, Check out this link and notice how FHAL falls right next to these stocks in that they too are acting as a shell for a larger successful company. http://www.shellstockreview.com/ssr-Home.html
As you can see, this is the real thing folks. IMO there is very little chance buying into this stock could lose you money. Atleast for under $15.00.

RULES, they stated No reverse split. And yes it is possible. When a reverse merger takes place and CVSU merges into the shell company FHAL, it is treated sort of like an IPO and yes they can set a new price.
There job will be to maintain that price though which should be fairly easy given the book value.
Before making ignorant remarks please atleast do some research.
