Goodmorning everyone. The DTC's deadline was today correct. So I imagine the certs could get to the brokers at anytime today. This week should be interesting to say the least.

Hello all...I am a little concerned that when this is actually tradable with the old shares...there could be a "large" sell off from people that have gotten "impatient" and leary...

I guess it's possible. I also think when people take a step back and see that everything that's been said was going to be done has been done. The timeline has just been off. I think investors can take the time line being off but traders can't

I still have that too. However, at least it now shows pps and the number of shares.

Good Morning to all! ... gone all weekend ... good to be home. Looks to me like we have 2 basic fundamental items to iron out.
First, we have the clearing of the shorts and second, getting our accounts balanced out and ready to trade.
I suspect that, if I was a short, I would be watching to see if there is going to be any pullback to buy to cover my short position. As there hasn't been such this am so far, I would still watch and see for a opportunity to do so.
If the pps slowly but steadilly rises, then we could start to see some increased buying to cover taking the pps up. The faster it starts to move, the more panic to cover may set in. It could become a rocket, kind of like when you try to catch (chase) a stock you want in on it.
This is what I expect to see. Could be today, depending on how firm the 8/14 date is for shorts to have to cover. GLTA!
PS, Las Vegas sounds good. With this group, anywhere would be cool!

OK, all - I wasn't upset about the wait - I've learned patience, but would you believe of all days that if everything does go down tomorrow morning, I have kindergarten orientation, and will MISS the first hour of the market :-(
Maybe we will just run it up today and I won't care ;-)

I'm thinking 'bout putting a limit buy order in at $1.02. Seems every day the PPS goes up, then down to about a buck, then back up to close to where it started. Will today be any different without a PR???
Someone else mentioned that it really looks as if somebody (Rufus?) is trying very hard to keep the PPS over $1.00. May sound odd but the chart doesn't lie.

won't this thing drag out if there are not enough shares to cover? maybe that's what mr harris was alluding to in the *** interwiew with the 2-3 month window. there gonna be short a significant amount (good for us!) and when the frenzy settles still be short. any thoughts?

I called the TA this morning. She said the O/S is 97mil and Float is 25mil.. Only the O/S increased. I asked why it increased and she said because the number includes the CVSU shares. Does this mean the S-4 will be out shortly??
Sidenote: The lady also said she owns shares in Wells Fargo and can't trade also.
