I must admit...I am very confused now...because IF this is going to be trading under the new ticker...and the new name...and they have already verified that FHAL has "acquired" CVSU...
then the assets of CVSU are now the assets of FHAL...but then again they are waiting for audited financials for the end of what may of 06?
So that must be the key to them halting the PPS and showing new assets...they acquired this AFTER the time frame?!

I have been holding this for a while and for a newbie I have been trying to keep up and understand what is going on. I think for the most part my dog paddeling is not keeping my head above water. Does anyone have a definate date that this should be over. Or is their just no telling.

OK talked to the PR lady at my company and she said that they are able to file any time of the day or night to make a deadline if they have too. SEC only looks at them from 6 to 6 everyday so anything filed tonight will be looked at first thing tomorrow morning. So I am going to talk to my wife about cleaning the basement tonight since I already cleaned the garage and I am obviously not sleeping tonight. So how much os the float is in the hands of people like us and how much is in the hands of insiders and other much larger entities? Any guesses? The reason I ask is becasue, if we don't hold the lions share then a sell off at $15 won't be very hard to keep at bay. Just a thought. Any thoughts from the vets here?

Bud is back on Ihub again...now he's saying something about the train being fully loaded. I guess he has to speak in code to avoid giving away info. Sounds to me like this guy is in the know and is confident about what is going to happen.
Onto tomorrow ! Wheeeee ! Man we are all going to need a few drinks by Friday I have a feeling...

It's gunnna be hard to sleep tonight! Man, this has been one heck of a ride. I can't imagine how enjoyable my summer would have been if I wouldn't have met my darling FHAL! I hope for the best for all of you that sucked it up and held with me! I hope Rufus is as ready to rock as the rest of us. GLTA

I originally heard about it on a forum at myspace when it made a little bounce at around .15 cents(?) and then paid no mind. Later on, I realized this same stock that was at $1.50 was actually the one they mentioned on myspace.

Here's my thinking... I'm sure you will all correct me if I'm wrong, or possibly question my sanity..
It's official that tomorrow in the market there is no longer FHAL, as it will now be CSHD.
Most brokerage firms in the past threads (Scottrade, Ameritrade, ETrade) do not have any info or changes at end of day to change the symbol, by my recollection and double check with my Scottrade.
Either a symbol change is dirt simple (a couple of key strokes on a computer) and we all wake up with FHAL replaced by the letters CSHD in our portfolios... and we trade as normal. Problem... no way do I see them all being "equal" and on time in this change. Can you imagine the chaos that would ensue if some are trying to trade FHAL while others are getting CSHD. I really feel like they would have to halt for this... at least for a half day, maybe a whole day. Whether the price is reset is another question.
Also, as in previous posts, a symbol change for the company is only done to clarify a financially viable new entity... hence there has to be a finished 10k that would support this change in order to allow future trading of this new company stock.
I just can't see this trading tomorrow in the AM, unless the change to the new symbol is easy and UNIVERSAL in timing (which I doubt). Even if the symbol has appropriately changed for all.. would this not point to a positive for this new company... increasing interest and hype... PPS goes up. To what I have no idea.
The logical thing would be to halt immediately in the AM, release the 10K, let Rufus hype the company to the MM's and the world, open Thursday as CSHD without confusion and improved financial specs.
I just can't see us trading in the AM... FHAL is no more... and not everybody is even on the same page yet.
Whatever... don't see it staying near the dollar mark anymore...

Scottrade does not as yet have CSHD as a viable symbol yet... please let us know as soon as someone is able to pull it up on their online trade account. In the research or "watch" section... not the ticker as it shows up there for me.

Well I have had dinner and a couple beers and I think I have a perfect picture of the most perposterous, wild, speculative, and wishful outcome for the remainder of the evening. So here it goes.
Rufas submits the 10K tonight and it is first thing on the SEC's desk tomorrow. CSHD apears in all our accounts and the open price is set to $15, just like the CEO promised. As soon as the bell rings there is an army of institutional investors waiting for cheap $14 shares after reading the promised "glowing" 10K including Rufas and Ben, and Georgia Aerospace. When selling pressure picks up and the price begins to slip, a barrage of two or three meaty PR's to let it close at the new high of the day. We all scream we love Rufas, and go to our brokerage accounts to look at our montains of money.
I told you it was wild, perposterous, speculative, and wishful.

Still in fryyguyy... been busy busy on this end. when i got in this i was in pittsburgh with all the time in the world for DD/tele calls to Rufus and Ben. Then i had to fly to denver for a week, then to wisconsin where i currently am, then this sunday i fly to atlanta for 3 weeks, and after that nice little stay i'll be in baghdad, iraq as a civie contractor.
