hope we are near the bottom for the time being, because I'm placing a large buy order for the am. If anyone thinks this is a bad decision please bop me on the head before we open.

At these prices, I want to get all I can ... time for me to take inventory ... think I'll be buying more at these prices! Just got the feeling there is something iminent .. could break-out anytime. Don't want to be less than prepared ... off to Scottrade! Later.

not a dude here...... sorry if it were offensive, I just do not see how it would have been. this is a great company, no one loses until sold, just trying to put some positive into this, today's down day do'es not affect the outcome of where I want this to go. this could go to a penny and my mind will not change until there is news to prove it.

I don't blame you for getting out, that's probably the right thing for you. I don't think you need to come in here pumping the scam theory though.

You're absolultey right - I apologize for stating that I felt it is a 'scam' outloud. That was my emotions getting the better of me and it was wrong to do so.
I will not be re-purchasing shares in CSHD, I don't believe that if the 10K does come out that it will fully represent what Rufus has publicly stated. I have my reasons - but you're right, this is a civilized board and again I should not have been so rude.
I truly hope you all make money on this, I've done my DD and am not comfortable holding a position. GLTA and peace.

Smelly, I am glad you appologised for the outloud "scam" comment. (Not really necessary if it is your real thoughts.) But I would really be interested in why or what you have found that has you now so uneasy now?

I think you misunderstood me....I really did think you were accidentally on the wrong board. I have a large % of my penny money here, and am keeping it here. One thing you will learn about me as our paths cross - I am not now, nor will I ever be a basher. Mama always says "if you can't say something nice, don't say it at all"....words to live by. GLTY!

good words to live by. sorry if I come off as a dumb blonde, I actually have a degree. my hubby gave me his shares in this and two other penny's and I don't have the pressure I know some of you do. sorry for mentioning the "B" word and know that you are not !!! I have been following your and everyones posts here. and appreciate the DD everyone put in this. this baby is going to move, where my husband gets his info Im not sure but he picks a few winners every year and do'es very well. good luck to us all, however, my husband say's this is gonna go, well, it will gooo.

As of today I have lost $9,833.00 and enough is enough. This post is not to the bashers of this stock as I think they are a gang within themselves nor it is directed to the day flippers. I have not listened to the bashers nor do I even bother reading their posts unless they directly use my name. Many day flippers are nice people and that is just their style of trading and more power to them. This meeting is not about you or your style of trading.
This decision is based solely on things that have come to the surface this past week. More and more it seems that proper answers and communication have vanished. I know some of you will say that they were waiting for certs to be distibuted. Well as of August 14th,2006 DTC distributed the certs. No one has any control over when a broker posts accounts but the key here is the certs were distributed at the same time to all brokers.
I got into this stock solely because of Rufus Paul Harris and I was foolish enough to believe every word he said about the direction and the future of this stock. At our first shareholds meeting someone asked him why FHAL and he responded they were in the right place at the right time. Now we find out after the last Paltalk meeting that BBan players were involved with FHAL. If I had been told that to begin with I never would have touched this stock. At first I was impressed with the way he stood up to the bashers/shorters naively thinking he was protecting long term serious investors. The actions of the company and the lack of answers regarding several areas that are important to us have not been answered. I listened to the first shareholder meeting notes again and Mr. Harris was quite clear that this would all be done between July 28th and August 1st. Many of us justified the delay saying it was out of their hands mostly because we wanted to believe him. The fact is if he didn't know those delays would happen then he SHOULD have known those delays would happen.
He asked us all to submit basher material for a lawsuit he claimed he was going to pursue. Many of us faithful longs spent hours getting him that information. The fact remains if he did pursue a lawsuit against them naming us as hurt individuals we would see nothing. You can't get blood out of a turnip...simple Texas talk. In the end the only thing that cost us money was him not doing what he said he was going to do in the first place.
On Sunday I was sent a Instant Message from someone posing as Mr. Harris. I became suspicious as this person typed away and called Mr. Harris's cell phone number. He as usual did not answer. I left a message asking if he was on Paltalk and asked that he call me and let me know. A few minutes later a woman called me saying she was his assistant and that it wasn't him. I notified a few other people in the room that this person was a fake and pretty soon they admitted it. One of the persons in that room said they got his ISP number. The next day I find out that about the same time my computer had been hacked into and an email I had sent to Mr. Harris was posted on a **** site giving my email address and full name. You can't iamgine how upset I was. I have no way of knowing what other personal information they hacked from my computer. Several people on the board tried to help me protect my computer and I have a computer tech coming to do a more indepth investigation to see if we can track who did this.
By this time I was pretty upset and many things were coming to light. The reality of what took place this last month was like waking up. Like many of you I still was hoping against hope that this was the "real thing" and I thought I will give it one last opportunity. I knew the certs were going to be distributed Monday, August 14th and I thought if the 10K appears or a PR telling us it had been submitted maybe there was one last hope that this was legit. As we know that did not take place. Ths like the answers to the bond quesiton JJ posed...still no answers.
I tried calling Mr. Harris multiple times and didn't get one single response. The fact is he has never answered any calls I have made to him. I then got Mr. Stanley and by this time between my computer being hacked, no 10K and no PR I was terribly upset. When I told Mr. Stanley how upset I was I got the same stock answer he used so flipply in the Paltalk room. "It's being executed,, we're executing, we'll just exucute when the time is right, we're a executing." Guess what folks that isn't a professional answer from a COO of a company. I am an investor who put in $20,258.00 and that is not an adequate answer.
I then called Maurice Bennett the attorney and left word that I was worried about the stock price falling, no 10K and that my computer had been hacked into and I needed some answers. No response. I then called back again and this time I said my computer was hacked into and I feared that maybe Mr. Harris might have the same problem. Then I got a call back from someone in the firm saying he would call me. When he didn't call I called back and this time was put through to him. I told him the entire story about how I got involved in this stock. I asked him if this was a scam and his response was "oh no, no, you just need to settle down. Get your nerves under control." Not once did he say the 10K is done, on it's way, in process...nothing. I gave him all the information about the hacker and the information that was forwarded to me about it. I gave him the WEB site. He said he was going to contact Mr. Harris immediately and arrange a conference call and asked if I would be home. I told him "yes" and then he said they would call me back in one hour. No call ever came. I finally left a message on his work message that I had had it and was going to get legal advise. This morning the pps kept going down and again I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I called numerous times and no response. I finally was able to sell half of my investment to salvage some money. My loss is still almost 50% of what I put into this. I cannot afford to lose that much money because Mr. Harris did not keep his word.
It was at that time a few shareholders called me and we decided to do something positive. Bud750 has set us up a Paltalk room and sent out a notice to all of you. If this Mr. Harris isn't going to do what he said in the first place we need to organize and figure out a course of action. The room will be limited to those that want to recoup loses they have based on Mr. Harris's promises and projections. If you didn't lose money on this stock and never held a position you will not be allowed to be in the room. Bud is going to set up a password that authorized people can use to enter. Together we can arrive a plan of action and decide who will do what
