Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 08.03.2006 (5) days ago, when the stock price was 1.0900. Since then FHAL has gained 3.21% .
BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick with a lower open and a higher close. The buying price is the previous close ( 1.0300 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.
Patience pays off. The market wavered a bit but finally confirmed the recent bullish formation. The dose of the previous day was not enough for a BUY-IF confirmation but today it is. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion. The market seems ready for a new bullish move.
The slight failure of the previous SELL signal is currently confirmed, too. We closely monitor the performance of the signals, but a few shots missing the target slightly are inevitable when you deal with the stock market. However, such signal failures are more unlikely for higher rated stocks.
We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark today was the previous close. Today you were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.
If you bought, continue to hold this stock until the confirmation of the next SELL-IF signal. You are on relatively safe grounds as long as the future prices continue to trade above the benchmark price and if an emergency warning is not issued. What to do if you did not buy? I'm also guessing, Mr. Harris will need a bit of time to get his paperwork edgarized and out to the public. 10K's are massive documents.
But most importantly, the DTC will control whether or not this trades tommorow or some other date...I wouldn't be surprised if they put things on hold for a couple days to get everything together...an interesting note...even if we can't trade the stock publicly...the MM's are still able to trade amoungst themselves. Theoretically, curing their shorts if they so choose. With out wild swings from the DT's.
I wouldn't expect the stock to actually trade until Friday or maybe even Monday depending on the MM's.

malchiang, when it looks to good to be true it is not true :=) just keep that in mind for fhal...personally i have no idea what is going to happen but what i don't understand is IF 15 dollars is the new price why insiders and other people did not buy more so the price would have been at a few bucks at least before the merger is actually a fact... but we will see :=)

Yes, confusion will be the enemy on this in the up coming days, nice to have some things laid out at least with a timeline.

Well Etrade Cancelled my GTC trade in FHAL last night for $12. It has only been a week since I put that in. Usually they cancel after 30 days.

Scottrade shows FHAL# with 0 balance. I was able to add CSHD to my watch list but that's because it's a real symbol now/today. I emailed Scottrade yesterday to forwarn them to watch for the change but haven't heard back yet. They have always been very good about responding via email.

They better PR....people will panic being Rufus stated that after the symbol change, it would open at 15.00....could be a big sell off this a.m.

Like I said, confusion will be the emeny. They can't reset the price till the 10k comes out, I wonder how many people know that?...
My guess is that we won't be able to trade today, I may be wrong, maybe it will trade, we will see...
But, what HAS NOT CHANGED is the deal and the company!!!
IMO I wouldn't sell off if we are trading, wait for the PR, the 10k and the reset ~
GLTA -and keep a cool head today, don't trade on emotions ~

It seems that all the eggs are not in the basket at this time. I agree with Chartwalker at this time that the price can't be reset until the 10k is disclosed. Patience is a virtue in this case.

I still don't show that I'm a owner of CSHD stock yet in my account at Scottrade, so it may be active but we may not be able to trade it because we don't have them yet.

Interesting... in my Etrade account I pulled up the streaming quotes for open FHAL is 0.00 x 0.00 so I added CSHD for giggles. CSHD is 1.124 x 1.13

I put in some stop limit sells on my other stocks this morning. If something goes I may buy more CSHD/FHAL (or whatever it is) if it dips.
