I actually do not care if it opens at $15. Most people are saying they are selling there anyway which means it is not going to stay there. I am much more interested in a 10K that describes a company that should be priced at $15. Now that is something HUGE!

I just think that if this company has 500,000,000 US Dollars either in a bond or in the bank then a market cap of 69,000,000 is an insult. Investors are going to see the potential.

They might as well buy back their shares and keep it private if that is all the public funds they can muster. then there is the claim of 1.5 or 3 Billion in assests (I have heard both). That is just insane value.

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 08.03.2006 (4) days ago, when the stock price was 1.0900. Since then FHAL has fallen -5.50% .
The BUY-IF alert is still valid. A confirmation today however is denied. The pattern is not rejected yet since the day was not a long black candlestick one. The market is currently testing your patience. Continue to do your homework by digesting all available information around.
The final judgment about the evolving pattern waits the next session. Either the alert will be confirmed by one of the valid confirmation criteria or the bullish alert will be void and null.
It is still your duty to check the confirmation criteria when the next session opens. Reminding briefly; a white candlestick with an upward gap, a white candlestick closing above previous close and a long white candlestick with a big downward gap is sufficient to confirm the BUY-IF alert though with a one day delay. Go long in any of these cases by respecting the benchmarks. In any other case, simply ignore the BUY-IF alert. The next session is the last chance we allow for confirmation. A confirmation failure renders the assumed bullish pattern totally invalid and starts the process of searching for a new pattern.
We do not yet suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

SO seriously - what happens now ? The symbol changes but without the 10-K we are still trading at the same levels? Jesus if they would just put out the damn 10K and get this freakin' thing over with ! Just nuts ! Anyone talk to any of the brokers ?
Look I'm glad we went up, but Rufus needs to get that 10K out. I think this guy is really trying hard to trap the shorts in a hell of a pickle. Or they are going with option 'a' and not resetting the price. At which point will we collapse back to .08 in no time.

So, I stand corrected... Wednesday will be a very odd day...this will probably be moving quite quickly wish I'd be able to trade my old shares for some flippin...but oh well...this way i can't get caught out during the halt!
And also doing it this way means it will give the brokers time to get the symbol changed in order to trade after the reset of the PPS...

What happens if this thing opens at $15 with no 10K. Shorty buys in so fast no one can drop what they have, and then he releases the 10K and the PR's. We get the ride back up and Shorty eats his own sack right?

Other than a CEO who hasn't lied to us yet and an 8K that hints heavily at reseting the price... there nothing pointing to $15 tomorrow morning.

The only problem with Shorty buying in at $15 is that they would actually be selling at $15...just like tons of others who actually own the stock. I just don't see the potential there for shorting unless the MM's can make a market at that price. No doubt there could be a few sells there, but I don't see many happening. Unless...Rufie's institutional buyers come in and then the shorts would have their buyers (as well as us, maybe). If that happens though, it might just hold up around that level.

They can't re open this with a "reset" PPS...in the am..unless the audited financials come out tonight...Seems tomorrow will be a green day as people rush to get in...I'm kinda glad that some of my shares sold today...it gives me $ to by under the new ticker symbol in the am...

3444 SEC filings before 6PM EST with none of any interest. Have noticed a few form 4's comming in after 6PM so there may be some opportunity to get things in afterhours. I am not betting on it. I am going to go talk to the guy who files for my company.

i thought since there will be a new ticker and this is trading below the book value they are able to adjust accordingly? how would they do that after trading under the new symbol is already underway? or that what the halt is for? i guess that could be what i'm getting confused with...the ticker change and the halt...
also...in order to get that new ticker isn't it true that they have to be a fully reporting entity? meaning they already have the 10K?
