As defined in Rule 203(c)(6) of Regulation SHO, a “threshold security” is any equity security of any issuer that is registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act (commonly referred to as reporting securities), where, for five consecutive settlement days: There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security;
The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer’s total shares outstanding; and
The security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory organization (SRO). A security ceases to be a threshold security if it does not exceed the specified level of fails for five consecutive settlement days.

A short sale is the sale of a security that the seller does not own and any sale that is consummated by the delivery of a security borrowed by, or for the account of, the seller. In order to deliver the security to the purchaser, the short seller will borrow the security, typically from a broker-dealer or an institutional investor. The short seller later closes out the position by purchasing equivalent securities on the open market, or by using an equivalent security it already owned, and returning the borrowed security to the lender. In general, short selling is used to profit from an expected downward price movement, to provide liquidity in response to unanticipated demand, or to hedge the risk of a long position in the same security or in a related security.

Chart - just catchin' up - not as busy as P Rowds but my big move to Minneapolis is Friday so I spent yesterday and today moving a 17-ft U-Haul worth of stuff we "don't need right now" - makes me laugh because a lot of stuff fits in a 17-ft U-Haul!

Is this larger than the normal after hours volume, MT?
Kitty, As of late, the answer for FHAL is yes. There were over 270,000 shares traded after hours today. Without going back and checking I want to say that the after hours shares prior to today was typically under 50,000.

Fidelity now shows "invalid symbol" with a zero balance. (this is on the Active Trader Pro ticker....it still shows as FHAL in my balance and positions screen, although it you try and get a quote, it tells you it's an unknown symbol)

You Etraders are seeing things I am looking at my Etrade and it shows zeros on the day's range but I can still quote FHAL and the numbers are still good. I do expect it to change soon but currently it doesn't look that out of place.

Etrade here. Hoping things update further soon. Showing $0 value, which reflects a -100% total gain. Damn UGLY to have to look at! Plus, my entire account value has been reduced by the amount of my FHAL stock. Wondering where in space my money is hanging. I'm sure this will clear up by morning. Well, at least hoping it will.

So have we pinned down that for right now, we'll be trading at todays close? Would sure love to see that $15 pop up there when etrade updates, although timing without 10k would probably not help things at all.

I know there was some speculation recently about how we've been able to maintain a closing price above $1 and why that may be beneficial. But in regards to listing on the nasdaq, the $1 price only pertains to a "Continued Listing". The following link shows in detail the requirements for initial listings and continued listings on the nasdaq.

John as I posted earlier today, I had planned to get up at 6:30am (9:30 Est) and sell. Well because of my bad allergies I overslept and didn't wake up until later. By that time things were looking great so I held. Luck of draw ! I will hold for now.
BTW Schwab still shows my 5K FHAL shares and a value for them. Why do I have the feeling these bozos will be the last to change ?

God help any shorts caught after this halts. Can you imagine being short 5k shares + and we open at 15, and only go down to 7 or 8 ? I tell you what if I were short I would be covering my ass off tomorrow morning, too many things are now leaning in the direction of this actually happening.

Don't worry, the symbol FHAL has no meaning as of today...
