Cass... The Canadian gov is a whole lot more strict when it comes to the natural resource structure... B.C. is even more strict, it is the number one resource(lumber) and export for this Province. Therefore any and all public companies that apply for a harvest liscence or provide a party to aquisition papers are usually privy to public scrutiny... That is why my brother is in Vancouver... the records will definatly not be online p.s. he lives on Victoria Island just off the coast of Vancouver.

I was reading the requirements for the NASDAQ and they not only meet, but beat all of them except the share price. This tells me that they are truly qualified for the move. We are looking at an emerging corporation here.

On or before Sept. 15th. This company could be discredited so easily with all of the bold statements they have made. Two of the biggest accounting firms? You guys should lighten up. The initial DD period is almost certainly over here. We will see what PWC says.

Why not share them with the board. (The reasons we not only meet the requirements, but surpass them.)
Thanks

I figured I would post one last message here. I have cashed out of SLJB over the past few weeks. I had a buy order to go in, but I decided to cancel it and get my money from Scottrade.
I ended up selling all of my 2 million shares - where most of them were purchased at .002
With my profits I bought a new truck and motorcycle. I did not want to risk all of my profits anymore. I have flipped it several times and dont want to take that risk anymore.
I hope for you guys this one hits big!
Good Luck

I meant the reasons WE not only meet the requirements, but surpass them.
Meaning, what have you found on OUR COMPANY to match up to their requirements.
Read the requirements, and then look at the revs. for our company. We BEAT what the requirements are. After they are audited, it will be official.

What did you find WIT? Yes, you’re the DD king. You seem to always be on the attack. Relax a little. It gets old.

We'll be ok as long as we back up all the claims that are made on there.
Problems occur when a statment is made, that is not confirmed or can be backed up, that causes issues. I hope they are prepared for this interview because many will be on their every word, myself included. If they can't support everything they say or back it up, they are toast!
I hope we don't get a lot of...."Can't comment on that at this time",...and alot of fluff. I'm more of a fact person myself. I don't wanna hear about it,....show me.

We will hear "No comment" about the merger with CCM, and the lumber mill unless they are finalized. Other than that, I agree.

When & where did I ever say I was the DD king...geesh. Did you find a post that I ever said that....I think no.
Boy, whenever someone asks you a question you can't answer your like a caged lion.
Stop making statements that you can't answer then and maybe no one will ask you about them. That's my best advice....geesh. I know I won't be asking you again if this is how you get about a question.
Your constant bragging & boasting is what's getting old. There's something to be said about a little modesty.

lol, it's just that M N 1 cost me a lot of money on WWEN, interview first then a gap down the next day of 8 cents. The same happened with FHAL, so I've been a bit angry with them I love SLJB though, don't think I'm a basher

Invester- No, that's not what you first said. You know very well what I asked you. Let's forget it now. I'm not spending my day going back & forth with you, I'm too busy.
Back to what we do know now....
