I too use Microcaptrade. You may find their products at microcaptrade.com. They are great and you can also get a discount if you go from here:

Thanx $$$, from what I've seen just poking around this afternoon, Microcaptrade seems to have the best layout with the most desireable features. [Big Grin]

I'm new here, but I've been watching this one for a few weeks wondering when a good time would be to jump in on this one. Still wondering and waiting ...

RE: One thing that I could use some help on is what 'L-II / Live Feed' to use. Could some of you tell me which ones you use and what are the features are? I would appreciate it.

i use:

http://www.realtradelive.com/

cheaper than most ... LII and wireless updates too.

I got Quotestream and it's decent. One thing I've noticed is it doesn't always show the current MM's on the bid/ask. When MM's close outta the bid/ask, Quotestream sometimes doesn't remove them, so it looks like they are bidding/selling even tho they aren't....If that makes any sense...

I had AlphaTrade and that seems to be more current than Quotestream (when an MM closed, you knew about it) but I hated the interface. It seems so cheap to me...Quotestream has a much better interface. IMO

I spend about $53 a month, roughly the same amount I paid with Alphatrade.

Nobody panic i will not bash u...I am in front of a really good stock and am willing to negotiate. PR's as of late are a great indication that marquee though rather inexperienced have a great desire to prove thmselves to us... Bravo!! The more they put out now the more they will be able to filter through their own jargin when it reallly counts. I would think that most of yo are a little leary of the *** show...(a ghastly propasition) but necessary none the less. I hope that chad answers the questions but not to well to sound canned (like a used car salesman) but not to novice like a company puppet.
I have made apromise to only one of you on this board and have fulfilled half of it. Cannot find the other piece of the puzzle.

I can't really understand all the worry. This is one helluva stock and I'm glad that I'm loaded to the gill with it. Yet,that being said,it's still all a gamble. I will be in Dubai again soon, want make any promises but I'm planning on looking around to see what I can see, of SLJB that is. I'm going to be doing the R&R thing. I will take pictures, if I have the time. There is plenty of fun in the sun in Dubai, trust me. Anyway holding long and strong, hoping the dice give me a 7/11. [Cool]

I wouldn't be concerned about all these PRs. They are doing a PR blitz. They are trying to get word out as much as possible because they know their company is doing great things and is on their way to the top. But to get to the top they need people to invest money into the stock. Can't get listed on the NASDAQ if nobody wants your stock. I think what they are doing is great. They keep us informed and answer any major questions most of us are really wondering.

once those audits come in...WEEEEEEEE!!!!!! We're rich b'otch!

I'm supportive of this stock and I'm "all in" but something just struck me... They are paying for top-knotch auditing firms but then they go and make some (AFIAK) unknown PR/IR their front-man? Apparently he's good. He has an interview lined up with www.***.com on September 1st at 10:00 AM CT. It's *** dot com

Okay, apparently I can't type EMM ENN ONE. Sorry.

All I'm getting at is it sort of seems like they bought a tuxedo and then wore some combat boots with it. I mean, hey.. this "Chad" guy might be really effective and win them some battles. No one said you have to be pretty to win in business. If the combat boots work with the tuxedo, fine. Maybe they'll start a new trend. Who knows.

No reason not to give the combat boots a shot, any how.

...Yesterday evening, I LITTERALLY TALKED WITH JOHN SULJIA, formerly the owner of Suljia Bros. in Harrow Ontario, the location of Suljia Bros.!!! I also visited the site in Windsor Ontario, as well.

Here are my oppinions and discoveries. Please do not take any of my oppinions as facts, but I DO have some FACTS, which can be supported...

first: Pictures of both Suljia locations can be found at this **** site: http://sukkadukkadhamma.********.com/2006/08/****-spot_26.html

I arrived at the Windsor location after it had closed. And to tell the truth when I saw the place my stomach sank. I wasn't impressed at all. The office was closed, but I was lucky enough to see a guy in back behind the place unloading his equipment. I asked him a few questions, but he didn't seem to know to much. He simply said he was an "employee" and that the office in Windsor was primarily for sales in Windsor and Southwestern Ontario. I asked him if he "owned any stocks in the company," and he said "no." I then made a remark about the many "projects," that were ongoing in Dubai, and he replied "that's what they tell us..."

The Windsor location is very unremarkable, a small office/shop probably no more than 5,000 sq ft., the large "parking" area to the rear of the place was empty.

In Harrow Ontario, the home of Suljia Bros., where the "real business is located," (and where I was fortunate enough to talk briefly to John Suljia) is a whole other ball-park.

John had owned the business for over 18 years,(started it from scratch) and has been in the roofing/constuction business for most of his life. Although, I did not ask his age he looks ready for retirement, which he did "two to three weeks ago," when he "sold the business!" AND he still owns 5% of the stock! When I asked if that was of the original shares, or the now outstanding shares he said he could not comment. I also learned that he has four sons that also own 5% of the stock! I asked if they each owned 5% or if in total they owned 5%, he said (furtively) that he did not know and that his accountant would have all that information...

I commented on the projects in Dubai, as well as the growing need for lumber in the Middle-East to complete the undergoing projects -as well as the projects in Germany. He mentioned to me that "they also need cement." I then mentioned how very convienient is was for Wessal to buy a small Canadian co. to get necessary liscences for high quality building supplies from Canada. He smiled and noded, but made no verbal acknowledgement. I'm guessing again, he could manke no comments. Lastly, I asked him if he was going to hold on to his remaining shares for a while. To which he replied, that he "would see what would happen in the next year or so," adding that "nothing happens overnight." His sons, apparently, are "still part of the company," but he could not say what part they were playing.

IMHO: The Harrow site and the talk I had with John Suljia has re-affirmed my faith in this company. I'm under the impression that Core dumpped some money in his lap that he could not refuse for a very comfortable retirement. As well, the possibility that his son's will be the benifactors of greater financial rewards for all the hard work he put into his business over the years also, makes him happy.

One question I did not ask John was how many employees there were, combined with Loftwerks and Suljia. I'm guessing that Suljia has no more than 30 employees between the office/shop in Windsor, and the Harrow location. The guy I spoke with in Windsor said there were usually three crews (probably two to a crew), and several office personelle. Who knows how many own stock?

Maybe sometime soon I'll take a trip to Detroit to get a clearer picture on the Loftwerks situation...

Please check out the pictures I've taken on the **** site mentioned earlier. Any further questions I can be e-mailed at robert.hefner*sympatico.ca

GLTA.

It sounds as if you had quite the trip.
Thanks for reporting something back with substance. Too often there are empty remarks & statements made here with no proof/facts to support them. You have provided photos of your visit along with a commentary, that includes quotes from Steve himself.

Will I take out a second mortgage to buy more now,...nope, not at this early stage, but I do appreciate a stock holder as yourself, taking the initiative to dig deeper, you have gone above & beyond what many of us here have done. You actually went there! I will continue to keep an eye on this stock as well as reports from yourself & others that show good factual DD, then will see if I will get in deeper than I already am with this company. We still need to work out a few more kinks.

Nice work richy!

Not good.

This is form the link,

"PricewaterhouseCoopers' tax matters are confidential and we don't discuss them publicly," said spokesman Steven Silber. "However, PricewaterhouseCoopers is a large organization and like any other large entity, is under constant review by various taxing jurisdictions including the IRS.

"We expect our current IRS exam to be satisfactorily concluded before the end of the calendar year."

Price Waterhouse is going to be okay, this has nothing to do with SLJB. Not worried, and holding long for the big bucks!
Follow the DD, follow your own DD, buy and sell on that.

Pricewaterhouse getting audited is not good news, yes. But really I don't think its going to affect anything with sulja. It happens...and even at the end of the article it says, "Accounting firms have come under greater scrutiny since the collapse of Enron Corp. in 2001 following a massive accounting scandal and the subsequent demise of its auditor Arthur Andersen LLP."

Here is the way I've put the pieces together. I believe we need to start at the beginning....

- Lofwerks renovated old buildings in the inner city and built stylish lofts. Dennis Ammerman purchased most of his supplies through Sulja Bros, mainly because of the quality of the material.

- Consultech Construction helped Dennis rebuild some of these buildings. They also used Suljabros to obtain supplies, because, they own Sulja bros.

- Dennis owed Sulja bros quite a bit of money from past building supply purchases. When you're a good customer, lines of credit can be pretty extensive when you have property as collateral.

- Naked shorts/shorts attacked Lofterks and drove the price of his stock into the dirt.

- Consultech was concerned he might not be able to pay back his loan.

- A merger idea was formed. Consultech obtained a majority of the restricted shares.

- After the merger, Consultech voted (by virtue of having more shares) to buy out Dennis's 100 million shares. 10 million dollars and probably some lofts were agreed upon.

- Sulja came public under its new ticker.

- Consultech owns Sulja. Consultech is owned by Vista International.

- Vista International and Consultech have been building structures in Dubai, Germany and Europe for a number of years.

- The construction growth in Dubai caught both Vista and Consultech by surprise. They want the work.

- Wessal, via it's subsidiary "The Red Sea Group" has been supplying material for many projects in Dubai for a number of years. Probably one of their main customers is EMAAR.

- In the past 6 months, they have been having a difficult time obtaining materials of high quality (based on numerous press reports of the area).

- Vista International also needs these materials. Especially, good quality soft wood.

- Wessal teamed up with Vista International to help Sulja bring those supplies and materials to Dubai and the surrouding area being impacted by the construction boom. Hence the 25 million dollar loan and offer to purchase 25% of Sulja's stock.

- Sulja is now putting the pieces of the supply chain in effect to maximize profits, maximize delivery time, and maximize materials needed.

- In the meantime, Sulja still has a thriving business in Canada and the U.S.

I was out ALL day AND night yesterday helping a friend move and then drinking my ass off... So, sorry I couldn't repy earlier guys.

Wit, tanks for the pat on the back, but no need, I'm just doing my part to keep us in the green! Also, it was JOHN Suljia I spoke to...the old man. Apparently he hasn't "done too much," with the company for several years. He spoke with a heavy accent, I'm guessing Italiano, or Portuguese. His son Steve, has probably had most of the influnce in changing things around recently...

Networkdude, I'll give it a shot, here's the link to the pics: http://sukkadukadhamma. b l o g s p o t . c o m / 2006/08/ b l o g - p o s t _26.html

Grande and cassity I do not post on IHUB but when I get back from brunch if my hangover is gone I'll see what I can do, if not today then Monday evening after work...

How about middle eastern? Sulja sounds arab and they are doing business there. That just my guess. Most foriegn accents sound the same to me anyways, except a blatantly obvious accent like a aussie or brit.
