Well all of their PRs have been good if you can read between the lines. The whole reason for any public company to get auditted is to stay listed or achieve a higher listing.

This company isnt out to fool around.

1 of 7 companies world wide to be considered master builder.

Deals in Germany and the Middle East, particularly a rapidly expanding UAE and Dubai.

Wessal buying 25% of the stock.

Audits by 2 of the "big 4" audittors.

If you're not telling everyone you know about this and telling them to sink serious cash than you are A. lazy B. selfish C. just flat out stupid.

I am a little tivked off about today. I sold out planning on going into ACTC, but ACTC kept going down. Then I wanted to look for a reentry into SLJB, but it started going up. So I am just holding my cash waiting for my next move. I won't average up on SLJB, hopefully there will be a dip soon.

I hear ya Doni. I took a hit on ACTC too but it may go up after the CC? Who knows... I did not sell SLJB though... I like it too much. If it dips though I will average down more. I think SLJB has alot of potencial !

I also took a hit on ACTC today Doni but I haven't sold one of my 55K shares of SLJB. I still think we will have another dip because we all know how the MMs are trying to manipulate this stock. You should still get a decent entry price very soon. Once the audited finacials are out all bets are off.

I was just speaking to my brother(who's a Dr.) about ACTC, he was telling me that some people from Stanford were saying that their research may be flawed. I was thinking about it today, but never took the plunge, THANK GOODNESS! I hope that it turns out well for those who are down in it right now. GLTA

Re; knobias

Companies CANNOT pay to be featured.

Knobias employees are prohibited from holding any position in SPOT companies during their feature week.

(*Maybe there will be some employee buying after the feature week.)

Ok guys/gals, how about this for coverage??

ABC NEWS, SULJA BROS< http://portfolios.abcnews.go.com/quotes?tid=SLJB&tab=news&headline=no&source=Mar ketWire&...

Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Receives Initial Coverage From Knobias
08/24/2006 12:27
WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/24/06 -- Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) received initial coverage from Knobias, Inc. (OTCBB: KNBS) on August 23, 2006. The article was favorable and is available at www.knobias.com.

CEO Steve Sulja stated: "We received some early coverage from Knobias. The article detailed the undervalued condition of our stock by accepted standards of price and market capitalization. The company believes the condition is temporary and due to being listed on the Pink Sheets. Our takeover of LoftWerks to protect our joint venture interests is the reason we are temporarily on the Pink Sheets. We are clearly not a start-up company, but we are careful about protecting our money invested in a joint venture. The company financial audits will be completed in a couple of weeks. Then a Form 10 will get our company to the OTCBB. Clearly, this is not our final goal. We will seek a NASDAQ listing. The company is making enough net profits to easily justify the NASDAQ move. Our long term investors know we are worth more and within a year, we will give them one of the greatest short term returns in the stock market."

This contains forward-looking information within the meaning of The Private Securities Litigation Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements may be identified through the use of words such as "expects," "will," "anticipates," "estimates," "believes," or statements indicating certain actions: "may," "could," "should" or "might occur." Such forward-looking statements involve certain risks and uncertainties. The actual result may differ materially from such forward-looking statements. The company does not undertake to publicly update or revise its forward-looking statements even if experience or future changes make it clear that any projected results (expressed or implied) will not be realized.

Dilution? Hardly.

They stated they would not issue any more shares.

They already told us the o/s is 500m shares. When they file the 10K and it says the o/s is more than 500m than they lied. Which is fraud. Which would get them in a lot of trouble. Thats a lot of trouble to get an audit and seek and uplisting already. Why go thru all that just to dilute and lie? They can do that without any of the things they claim are happening.

Just because volume is drying up and the price is going down does not scream dilution. Stocks obviously move in sine waves. 99 times out of 100 a stock that has gained a sudden, significant percentage will retrace back and consolidate for awhile before breaking out into a new high.

Higher highs and higher lows.

Its going to take a large amount of money to push pas .10 and nobody with lots of money is going to do that with a pinksheet stock.

When we get to the OTCBB, SLJB will sky rocket like NLST and PTSC did.

Sky rockets in flight...afternoon delight!

It's not really hanging Imake; but mildly intertaining. And frankly we need a little reminder that sometimes things don't work out just the way we like.
I hope you have a nice bundle here though. I think you'll be happy about it soon.

Ps. I hope you're right about the .06 though.
I figure I have less than two weeks before I won't be able to buy any more.
