i do believe they are done with the filing of the NASDAQ, but they have to have the $4.00 per share..maybe once it hits the $4.00 then it uplist to the NASDAQ

That makes the most sense.
They are just not going to jump to the NAS.
I'm guessing when the financials come,.....heads up,.. that's what's coming next!

market sentiment seems very bullish with this stock. the boards will be on fire this weekend. couple that with a lot of high expectations and a solid company with real assets, as well as lots of things in development, not to mention the short issue; all things add up very well here!

Recently (past two weeks), the company authorized an additional 300,000.000 shares. However, CEO Steve Sulja stated in a press release dated July 12, 2006: "The share increase is for reverse mergers only and will be restricted when issued. The company management is very excited about the upcoming public releases. Our shareholders will be very happy."

I beleive, now that the ticker change is made, we will get the PR machine flowing. I beleive one of those PRs will give projected revs for the middle east $650 million dollar job PRed in April.........I think that alone will give us another 3 day run, into the 20s......I think ealry next week we will get 2 PRs......this thing is gonna be on fire!

i think alot of ppl dont think it will get to $4.00 pps, but the company has not let us down with any of there PRs as of yet, so i dont think they would let us down on the info that they think the financials will put the pps abv the uplisting req.($4.00)_so i think it will blow ppls socks off once the PRs and financials hit..then were all sitting pretty..!

I cant even begin to give an estimate for the PPS...We might even GAP big on Monday and run from that point. If the financials comes out on MOnday then this thing is going to go absolutely nutts. DAMN I hate the weekends.
Who knows, it might just open at $4.00.....LOL...JK

Well said, I actually want more people to doubt it so I can take all there shares when they sell on the shakes. Pennys at times do make it to the Bigger Markets and if everything goes over right we might just be that diamond in the rough.
1. Why woulndt they reverse split this stock to in crease the PPS which would take them to $4.00 over night or get us really close. THey had the chance and they didnt. They are confident when the earnings report comes out investors like ourselfs or gamblers if want to call it that will be willing to pay $1,2,3,4 dollars and so on.
