Guess they don't want to wait around.
That is very risky to me, this company releases news when you don't expect it, I would not be shocked if the aud. financials are not released early. It will be a scramble watching people buy in at higher prices. Also, I would imagine Wessal will buy before these are released causing a price increase. That will get everyone crying about getting out early.

Doesn't matter, anything under .08 right now is a bargain. Cause at $1, it wont really matter if you bought at 7, 8 , or even 15 cents.

Yup, it's risky, but many take those risks everyday, especially in Pinkie land.
They may release them early, that would be very nice as I can't wait to see them.
People will definitely be scrambling, some will invest for the first time when those come out as that's what they're waiting for to convince them to put their money here.
We'll have to just wait and see.

Three of those five have to do with us,....looks like they picked up two since Friday. Maybe friends, or family members.
"Famous First" Now, nearly 35 years later, Magid and his Pompano Beach, Fla.-based company Famous Firsts Ltd. — the name retained from his decanter-business days — are experts in a genre of parties where the fun factor is priority one: bar and bat mitzvahs. Operating with a dozen staff members, Famous Firsts designs nearly 100 of the Jewish coming-of-age celebrations each year, most in the $5,000 to $30,000 range.

I heard a stock report saying that the market would be flat over the next couple of weeks. They went on to say that things would start moving again after the Laborday weekend when the BIG BOYS come back. My though is that the financials will come out right after the holiday. JMHO. GLTA and keep buying.

I'm waiting to get back in until we get closer to the audited financials. There is no reason for the stock to run while we still see the big block trades coming in every day.

SLJB news Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Receives Initial Coverage From Knobias
Aug 24, 2006 12:27:00 PM WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/24/06 -- Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) received initial coverage from Knobias, Inc. (OTCBB: KNBS) on August 23, 2006. The article was favorable and is available at www.knobias.com.
CEO Steve Sulja stated: "We received some early coverage from Knobias. The article detailed the undervalued condition of our stock by accepted standards of price and market capitalization. The company believes the condition is temporary and due to being listed on the Pink Sheets. Our takeover of LoftWerks to protect our joint venture interests is the reason we are temporarily on the Pink Sheets. We are clearly not a start-up company, but we are careful about protecting our money invested in a joint venture. The company financial audits will be completed in a couple of weeks. Then a Form 10 will get our company to the OTCBB. Clearly, this is not our final goal. We will seek a NASDAQ listing. The company is making enough net profits to easily justify the NASDAQ move. Our long term investors know we are worth more and within a year, we will give them one of the greatest short term returns in the stock market."

That was a great press release. When people see that a credible reporter does coverage on them, they'll probably invest more into or buy SLJB stock for the first time.
Although the OTCBB does not have any listing requirements per se, to be eligible for quotation, companies must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority. Market makers will not be permitted to begin quotation of a security on the OTCBB, whose company does not meet this filing requirement.

There is no price requirement. You just have to be a fully reporting company. Pinksheet companies are not required to file reports accept an annual 15c-211.
However, I believe the NASDAQ requires a PPS of at least $1.75 sustained.
