Parting the Red Sea

The housing market has been a hot topic for almost a year as many analysts have been calling for a burst of the bubble after a lucrative rally in past years. A soft landing call has also been tossed into the ring as another possible outcome. Either way, analysts are calling for a slow down in the climbing valuations of housing.

One main indicator will be the Fed’s next decision regarding interest rates. With the Fed’s Moskow and Guynn both speaking during Tuesday’s market, their impending decision will most certainly be affected by what they feel will happen to the housing area, and some are calling for a good deal of softening.

In any event, another set of brothers are trying to personally thwart the slowdown in the domestic real estate market by capitalizing on international growth while allowing domestic investment by forming a public company. Sulja Brothers Buidling Supplies Ltd (SLJB) The Company carries pressure treated lumber of only an excellent quality. For roofing excellence they also carry CRC shingles. CRC has successfully combined technology and beauty, to create and innovative line-up of traditional 3-tab and architectural organic asphalt shingles. Quality raw materials, leading edge technology and impressive designs guarantee CRC customers the very best roofing products available.

The company’s domestic supply business is not what is moving the stock lately. The company has released 2006 numbers on its website and also has 2007 guidance that is quite interesting.

The company’s Middle Eastern top line growth seems to be the main driver of the trading volume which has reached an average of 25 million shares a day making SLJB one of the top In dollar volume trading each day (an important factor for investors concerned with liquidity). Knobias spoke with Chad A. Curtis from Marquee Asset Management who also serves an IR function for SLJB. He confirmed the financial guidance and also confirmed that filings will be released in a few weeks. But the pessimistic thought still exists that an 8c over the counter stock represents a company that has guided for over $300M in total revenue for 2007.

Attaching a simple multiple for the industry has this stock potentially trading much higher than
where it does currently. If the company can remotely execute on its plan and produce pro forma numbers close to what they guided, refrain from diluting current shareholders with additional offerings, and provide an avenue for domestic investors to participate in the specific growth in the middle east instead of the domestic alternative and this name is definitely one to watch for longer term holders. We will certainly be watching closely.

SLJB has showed up a few times in my inbox as pumper spam mail.. Not a good sign..
Now this promotional release?
The company is spending a good bit of money to advertise.
Unfortunately they are advertising their stock.. not their product.

** SLJB - ANNOTATED CHART - YEAHHHH

Well, after having my AAGH go up 70%, and thinking about loading those funds into SLJB early next week for another 300k shares [Smile] ...it was time for another chart.

1. Major event - stochastics have crossed over. Its ON like Donkey-Kong.

2. MACD - still trending lower..so we still have a bit of time...when this crosses over...well...we'll be testing 0.15.

3. ADX - I've ignored this one a bit but it needs to come down to 30 to get to the "RELOAD" point. Like reloading a gun.

Conclusion: I've said this is the last week to add cheap and I meant it. If you missed the 0.06s today, its your own fault [Wink] .

May get a few more days in the 7s...but that should be the last of those chances as well. Load the 7s when they come. Mortgage the house. Because SLJB is going to 0.50 in 3-4 weeks [Smile] .

I never like seeing that stuff.
Makes me wonder why a stock that feels it's worthy of going to the nasdaq is promoting itself.

I've received a few from two different spammers.
One of them sent out LFWK spams before the ticker change.
Either it's frontloaders or it's company paid.
Even if the company says they have nothing to do with it.. it's not like we can believe them.
Especially with "PR's" like the last one.. which was nothing more than an advertisement for their stock.

Not sure money, have never had a stock in that situation, but if some were suspended by the SEC, my guess is that they may have discovered that those companies had involvement in the spamming.
Why else would they suspend them.

You purchase a stock, and then sell it. If you re-buy that same stock with those funds you must wait until it settles, 3 days later before selling it again. To eliminate this, you must switch to a margin account, and have more than $25,000 in the account. I was a broker before a banker. [Wink]

Imakemoney

umakenosense is what your name should be...How the heck does allstocks allow you to post this crap. You really think PWC or KPMG will disclose info on there customer. LOL...I really hope you where joking when you made that statement. Do you not know how much trouble that can get into by releasing any kind of info in regards to any of there clients. You're amazing.

You also are talking about dilution....Do you know what dilution is? I dont think so. Diluting is when they increase the O/S and dilute that all back for purchases ect...It really isnt a bad thing...However SLJB shares havnt increased.. Just because a few big blocks go off each day you think SLJB is diluting...OMG...You really have not clue what you're talking about.

Shorts are one thing, Naked Shorts are another. I don't believe for one second that MM's that use every unethical trick in the book to sell Naked Shorts and drive the PPS down are going to turn around once a month and be ethical by report their unethical practices. Otherwise, the Naked Short MM's would be transparent and I don't think that's going to happen in pinkie land. So, I'd take that 51,562 with a semi truck full of salt !!! the OTCE short list is compiled by BROKERS...

the SHO list is failure to deliver:

http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/keyregshoissues.htm

II. "Naked" Short Sales

In a "naked" short sale, the seller does not borrow or arrange to borrow the securities in time to make delivery to the buyer within the standard three-day settlement period. 3 As a result, the seller fails to deliver securities to the buyer when delivery is due (known as a "failure to deliver" or "fail").

being short, and being naked short are two different things...
