Yeah its called CYA (cover your ass). Anticipate is just there IN CASE something out of the ordinary happens. You can't predict the future, you can only anticipate it.

SLJB has been pretty solid as far as doing what they say they will.

I hope so....

LFWK sat at .02-.03 for a while before the merger and jumping up to .14 and basing at .07...we've been at .07 for a while maybe a jump to .20 and .14 as the next support would be nice

There ya go smartazz. 2 examples of where they said they were gonna do something and then did it. Why would anything be different now? Because they changed CEO's? Because its a pinksheet? Come on, tell me something new.

hit .0840 [Smile]

Lets see how this closes today.

I am thinking that the price may slowly climb until the financials are audited or mid next week. If they don't come out, then the price will drop pretty hard maybe down to .06's.

LMAO I love the fact that the "proof" is the companies own statements!

Either way, we will see next week if they follow through.

Call them up and tell them...it seems that they tell us everything we want to hear lmao. A new CEO comes in and we say hey can the audited financials still be completed, will share structure change, or a reverse split, and the CEO answers all the questions. Tell them to file it!

They said they were going to do something and then they did it. They said they would post FY06 numbers...then they did. They said they would post FY07 numbers and then they did. What dont you understand about that? It doesnt matter if the "proof" was the companies own statements or not. Point is they said they were going to do something, then they did it.

As far as my knowledge goes, they have not made any promises which they have not kept so far. Now will that change? I dont know. Sounds like they got their act together and the audit will be out shortly. Will the audit match? Who knows, they never claimed their accountants could actually count. But given the timely manner in which the audit has been completed I would assume so.

Your condescending attitudes are getting old and annoying. If you're going to make a point, then make it. Enough of the "LMAO" and all that other chit because it gets old.

Yes, that's exactly right.

BTW,...I'm starting to think we have a 'mole' here on our thread,...it strikes me funny, that everytime we have a discussion/questions about a certain issue,..like the latest one these past few days regarding whether or not Petar would honor all Steve's promises, and Lo and behold, he answers.

How bout that!

You’re classifying me with the others on this thread. I know when they are good. This is the cream of the crop, baring any unfortunate mishaps with the financials. They have done pretty much everything they've said they would, why think otherwise. [Smile]

A lot of people have been questioning why Sulja would go public and not stay private. I just did some quick research on reverse mergers and found a pretty decent article on wikipedia.

Here are some exerts from the article:

- A reverse takeover (RTO), also known as a back door listing, or a reverse merger, is a financial transaction that results in a privately-held company becoming a publicly-held company without going the traditional route of filing a prospectus and undertaking an initial public offering (IPO).

- Going public through a reverse takeover allows a privately-held company to become publicly-held at a lesser cost, and with less stock dilution than through an initial public offering (IPO). While the process of going public and raising capital is combined in an IPO, in a reverse takeover, these two functions are separate. A company can go public without raising additional capital. Separating these two functions greatly simplifies the process.

- For a conventional IPO, it can cost as much as $200,000 just to release a preliminary prospectus. A reverse merger, however, can be done for $95,000 to $150,000.

- Additionally, many shell companies carry forward what is known as a tax-loss. This means that a loss incurred in previous years can be applied to income in future years. This shelters future income from income taxes. Since most active public companies become dormant public companies after a string of losses, or at least one large one, it is more likely that a shell company will offer this tax shelter.

The greater number of financing options available to publicly-held companies is a primary reason to undergo a reverse takeover. These financing options include:

-The issuance of additional stock in a secondary offering
-An exercise of warrants, where stockholders have the right to purchase additional shares in a company at predetermined prices. When many shareholders with warrants exercise their option to purchase additional shares, the company receives an infusion of capital.
-Other investors are more likely to invest in a company via a private offering of stock when a mechanism to sell their stock is in place should the company be successful.
-In addition, the now-publicly-held company obtains the benefits of public trading of its securities:

-Increased liquidity of company stock
-Higher company valuation due to a higher share price
-Greater access to capital markets
-Ability to acquire other companies through stock transactions
-Ability to use stock incentive plans to attract and retain employees

Additional article:

http://www.ipo-law.com/takeover.html

Accordingly, a thorough due diligence investigation of the public company and its principal shareholders is essential to ensure that there are no unreported liabilities or other legal problems. Finally, it may be necessary to performcatch-up audits and do corporate cleanup to make the combined companies ready for trading.
