If this works out like I hope, I may need Price Waterhouse to audit MY financials.

I don't think people understand what we have here. What pump and dump penny, or any penny for that matter, gets their financials audited by a big 4 accounting firm?

It doesn't matter what any one says, they'll buy when it's skyrocketing. It's all good! GLTY

Well that definately answers any questions about why the audited financials have not been released yet.

Or two? (unless I missed a merger between PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG?)

Correct me if im wrong here, but I think the assets were the stock itself. It is now registered in Nevada instead of delaware.
Why isn't this thread getting more attention?

The Big 4, sometimes written as the Big Four, is a group of international accountancy and professional services firms that handles the vast majority of audits for publicly traded companies as well as many private companies.
The members of the Big 4 are PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Ernst & Young and KPMG.

The only thing that bugs me about all this. Is that the ir firm seems to be lost. Everytime I ask them a question it seems I Know as much as they do...anyone notice that. Not bashing just an observation.

Those two firms do the auditting for hundreds if not THOUSANDS of companies. Do you honestly think that the customer service rep is going to know all the companies PWC is involved with? Especially one as small and new as SLJB?

IMAKE, I did in fact call PriceWaterHouse few days ago, I think Monday. I asked the agent as to wheather or not they have any dealing with SLJB. He said he would look into it and call me back. Then he called back and asked what company I worked for (like a reporting group or jurnalist or something, I had to tell him I was just an investor. He said thanks and that he would call me back. Then He accually called back agian and then finnally told me that they are not able to give out information about thier clients. Then I tried to atleast have him confirm that they were dealing with SLJB and he said he was not allowed to give out any information. Also, Price Waterhouse is very huge... many employees. Sometimes I forget what I all have stock in. The guy or gal you talked to probably doesn't keep a running tab on every single client the company deals with. Everything seems pretty legit to me. I have no reason to doubt right now. But yes to anyone who wants to confirm or make up your own mind... make some phone calls. Ima

Under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, companies are restricted from using their auditors for certain non-auditing work, so it is not unusual for companies to hire two auditing firms to meet many needs. Indeed, as companies gear up to comply with Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley, which guides how auditors report on companies' assessments of their internal controls, companies have been enlisting the services of accounting firms other than their auditors to help meet that requirement.
