I apologize ahead of time for not getting to all the questions with Chad, he was extremely busy, but I was more excited about the conversation we had then our questions. I let him get back to work before I finished all the questions, you would have to call them to know why. I told them who I was and even what my screen name was on allstocks. I'm sorry if I'm all over the place, but the conversation went a lot different then intended. Chad was very blunt and to the point.
1. Opinion on 1 million block trades? Said he wouldn't speculate.
2. Time frame on audited financials? Any time, by the 15th of Sept at the LATEST!
3. Does SLJB retain a market maker? Didn't get a chance to ask, sorry!
4. Are there any other mergers in line? Could not comment on this.
5. When does SLJB plan to move to the Dubai Exchange? Did not know!
6. What is the projected time frame for up-listing to the NASDAQ? I'll explain this below.
7. What happened to the former LFWK dividend, does SLJB plan on issuing any? Never got to it. Sorry!
8. How long has the audit been going on, and who are the auditor's? Either PWC or KPMG company didn't specify to them.
9. Wessal stated 25%, how many shares does that calculate out to be? 125 million
10. How do the preliminary numbers of the audit look, compared to previously posted numbers? Never asked sorry!
11. How is the lumber mill acquisition going? Never asked sorry!
12. What is the production capability of the lumber mill? Never asked sorry!
You may read that and say, well why did you call if you weren't going to ask all the questions? I intended on asking them all, but after my conversation with Chad, I didn't want to take up any more of his time and I didn't think it was that important anymore. Chad mentioned that people were wondering about the current share structure, so they released what it was and people weren't satisfied. He stated that, "the float was lower than speculated by people and Wessal is buying 125 million, you do the math". He said the financials will bring in the BIG investors. It is very difficult to relay my entire conversation, but I'm telling you guy's this is legit and it is VERY VERY BIG. I don't care what anyone does, I know I am holding for the financials and when they come out, the real buying will begin. This is my DD and you can take it for what it's worth, don't buy or sell on my recommendations, do your own DD. Speaking of DD, Chad was very aware of all the LIES/SPECULATION about the company, he said people aren't willing to spend the money and take the time to do their DD. He said all the answers are out there. GLTA I recommend calling to put your mind at ease. I hope this helps!

BTW, I know why Invester feels the way he does, like I said if you don't like SLJB, please sell, because in a couple of day's/weeks your pettily little investment won't make a bit of difference. just a rookie question here but when they say Sept. 15 at the latest in some of the veterans experience how close to that date do the good companies usually come?

Depends. The 15th may be a date set by the company to the auditting firm. "Hey get this done by the 15th or else." "Hey we need this no later than the 15th"
sulja seems pretty squared away and if they are as good as they seem it will be out on time and as soon as possible...on the other hand sept 15th is getting close to the start of the 4th quarter, could be a strategic date.

I still haven't heard a convincing argument that suggests Wessal is not buying. It appears to me that he is and probably through some sort of transfer from the one hundred twenty mill of former insiders. My guess is that he will be done buying sometime before the Financials are posted. Gee wouldn't that be a coincidence? JMO

Cassity, it would make lots of sense for SLJB to PR that PWC or KMPG was chosen as the auditing firm, because the PR regarding it just said they were in negotiations with the 2, to get the financials audited. If they actually have PWC or KMPG auditing the financials, and they match SLJB's #'s this will be incredible

The gist of my conversation focused on investment houses buying shares. Chad who has been in this business for a while, said that when the audited financials are out, the big buyers will begin buying. That is who Sulja wants buying. Just wait and see! GLTY

Sounds like he could be a sweet talker but I'm wondering how the answers are out there if he doesnt know them himself.
There is a diffence in knowing the facts of the company and knowing when something is going to happen. Some info they CAN'T give out. Some info they have not been told yet. Some info is still in the works. The info that has already been published is the info we have access to. This is to prove the legitamacy of the company. IMO GLTY
