I still am uneasy without a 10K in my hand... Please, please, please.... release it before lunch. then I can print it off and go have a relaxing lunch at the pub.
Heck at that point if the 10K is good I will stop watching altogether and just come back in here to see how much money I have made.

Yes we need a 10k today or I'll be nervous for the first time.

820 SEC filings today and none of any interest. Except "P", "F", and "Chang" just bought some more restricted shares of P.F. Changs China Bistro.

Betting Babe has already shown her web development powers, but for everyone else I thought I would share with you my page for monitoring the SEC filings. It is extremely simple and hardly worth the time but tools are tools in this game and unless you got something better this will allow you to monitor the SEC Filings on your own if you want.
Here are the instructions: (if these do not get posted right I will try again.)
Steps for creating your own SEC Filing watch page.
1.) Open the Notepad program on your windows based PC. (Apple computers have a similar program, but I can't remember what it is.)
2.) Copy and Paste, or type the code below into the blank window of Notepad.
3.) Click on {File},{Save As...} in the tool bar.
4.) Replace the "*.txt" with "edgar.htm" and save the file to your desktop, and you are done.
Just double click on the edgar file on your desktop and it will open up a very simple frame page in your prefered browser. The main frame is set too the Edgar web page that shows todays SEC Filings. A simple meta refresh script on the page head tells the page to refresh the screen every 30 seconds. It really is simple but is a nice way to look at static information that updates throughout the day.

Well that was stupid.. I just noticed the refresh URL code is not relative... It will only work on my machine. I will make an update to the URL and repost.
