FYI- Problems with The Fronthaul Group’s new CUSIP number from Standard and Poors' CUSIP Bureau and the NASDAQ will result in a delay in the release of the 10K. Mr. Harris plans on releasing the 10K exactly 2 hours before the trading halt. This halt will occur two hour before EOD tomorrow.

So much for Rufas's claim that the trade halt, s-4 and 10K are strategic. Giving Shorty a day and a half to prepare, and the longs another day and a half to sweat is not very stategic.
Might as well tell them the exact time of day to flip this slip.

Well we've seen the audited financials for cvsu correct. Is anyone expecting much from the financials of fhal. I know we need to file them but is anyone really expecting anything from them. I for one am not I think when this thing goes it'll all be because of cvsu. IMO

The way that I understand all of this is that FHAL's financials will be and NEED to be terrible...bankrupt...that is the only way that this "plan" to "reset the PPS" will work...

With yesteray's PR, we know it's about to come to us soon...so I'm gonna take a little break from watching this and just wait and hold. I suggest many do the same. You might be able to flip a few more times and make some small gains, but we all know what's coming, and you don't want to be out of the stock when it halts. I will patiently await what's soon to come.
IMO, even if this isn't $15 post merger, it will AT LEAST be a multiple bagger.

I know CVSU financials, but I do not see them detailed in a document filed with the SEC. Not to mention I definitely do not see them officially combined under Fronthaul yet... ...filed with the SEC.
I can say I have a billion dollars and you should buy all of my shares cause they are valuable. If you believe me then you are at fault for believing me. Until I file my income with the government and show to the world my shares are infact valuable I have broken no laws by making promises.
It is a matter of making a few numbers on a website legitimate financials.

There's more to it than that-some good DD has been done around here. I'm talking about verification of the Venezuelan bond, specifically, which can be verified on the web-the largest, most valuable asset.
I mean, earning >13% interest on 500 Mill? Now that's some assured revenue.

It looks like they have already had an original offering (that being to CVSU to buy them out) and that might be where the NASDAQ might be having some problems. They might think that the CUSIP should be 361060 10 6 and not 361060 20 5. That might be the issue that is causing the delay. Just a thought.

I'm sure everyone here can attest to how addicting it is to pay attention to this stock. Anyway, I just meant I wont keep looking at FHAL on my ticker, constantly in joy then upset on this rollercoaster ride it's having. No use in worrying about small gains/losses if we COULD get something much bigger, but I guess nothing is for certain.

Kitty, you dont have to explain addiction to me. I got into this on June 15th and have read articles upon articles upon articles since. Now im just here for the ride and hope i learn a little something along the way. Unless there is "new" news i just cant see myself digging any deeper!
