That PR is great, revenge will be sweet. Morning shorts time to refinace the home. Rufus has a plan and if everyone would stop and listen to what he said ( I'm not your typical CEO ) all longs will have a great future if they choose to ride this out.

I admit that I flipped this last week and took some profits. I got back in on Wednesday because of the potential. As I stated last night "I'm holding FHAL for the entertainment value provided everyday. FHAL is not the only stock in my portfolio so win or lose I win. You all are great."

a corporate name change is currently under discussion with NASDAQ officials, there may need to be a trading acronym change, in any event the company will update shareholders as the discussions progres

BB I saw your post last night but after I clicked on the link allstocks.com crashed. No just kidding... kind of. I had a reply, that said yeah I have used that javaScript on several sites over the years, but never for pertinent information. Couldn't enter it though I was having problems with allstocks.com. For about a half hour last night I was recieveing a "Page can not be found" 404 error from this web site.

I can't think that this FHAL audit is really holding up this thing. It is a good excuse and stall tactic but let's remember FHAL was reporting quarterly to the SEC.

Now I am sure there were discrepencies, and they have to dig to see exactly what it is that they bought. But honestly I think this is a shake to get the weak hands out and catch shorty off guard.

From the looks of the SHO report and this mornings activity. I think it is working.

My Prediction:

Rufus releases a PR at 12:00 saying that trading will be halted at 1:00 (lunchtime lull). Shorters madly scramble to cover their shorts, PPS goes to 1.27 and Rufus halts trading at 12:45 just to stick it to the shorters one last time before they get back from lunch.

Is there a simple explanation about what the SHO report represents along with possible outcomes?

I know it apparently means the MM's brokers borrowed shares but someone on the other thread mentioned that there are several remedies for that...some of which may not neccesarily be good...can anyone elaborate on that?

Or am I totally off base here?
