me for sure...
well, not for any given trade...but these deals? I think it's important to understand these "anomalies"--two birds/one stone as far as research goes...
********
As I recall, the "ousted" FHAL folk did get some nice blocks of the ongoing shares, right?
So....they're prolly fairly well up to speed on the overall plan(s), wouldn't you guess? I mean, more so than typical r/m, in which former owners are just gone... or keep a few "do or die" shares... ????

Both Tex...and this one is a little "longer" term than i am use to "playin'" I stayed for the learning experience...It seems to be a one of a kind "deal" (RM)...if I had bailed..I wouldn't have followed as close...
Yes Glass...the bashers are unreal...I started to read a little more over at the IHUB...Holy Cow!

this open market buyback casued them to default on aloan...they did it on purpose.... who does that?
stock manipulation is being done by everybody that posts a pick.....the only reason to post a pick is to get soemeone to buy or sell... every paid pr is the same...

I am pretty satisfied with your explainations Glass and Tex. I agree that these deals do not just happen, usually they are inside to some extent. All I was posting earlier was my distrust in Kapone who I do not pretend to know, but seems to have some funds and an extra step on everyone else. I don't think it is time for us to help him by hurting ourselves.
I went out to kick off "Fantasy Football" season with some of my buddies tonight, but got back in time to see all your hard work. Great samples earlier Glass, and excellent explainations both of you. I hope we do not have a flurry of longs dump tomorrow based on this one person's perspective or as I stated as my opinion his agenda.
Thanks again, it seems that i h ub, r b, p a l t a l k and allstocks are pretty aware of what is happening on this stock and I think your words... I hope your words... made it out to the masses before open tomorrow.

Dusty, i take this as simple posturing on the CEO's part: "he would give the shorts a chance to buy back . . ." My crow's the blackest...
Glass, I disagree with "everybody that posts a pick" : the idea is to post stuff to alert to the "possibility" of a good play... if others twist it into something different, that's their problem...
TaxBack, sorry to say, am not familiar with "Kapone" or his message...me? I'm still simply trying to figger it out...

Ouch, thats admitted stock manipulation by a CEO..Right?
How would that be a form of "stock manipulation by a CEO?" Because he is giving some shorts a chance? I would think that manipulation would be a gain for ones self...
I don't see that...

1ST--Sense when do posters have to be a Lawyer to to ask questions about a stock and then be attacked by a moderator for doing so..
2ND-- as I have told you time an time again I will not play ball by just going along with the crowd..
3RD--You have a deep seated bias towards me that is apparent to any thinking person..
4th--Your performance tonight towards me is extremely disturbing.. You owe this board an apology.

"I would think that manipulation would be a gain for ones self..."
well...it *would* be to his gain for the pps to rise; the issue is (1) does his statement demonstrate the "power" to actually "give shorts" anything? As I read it? No...obviously: the market says no...at least, so far; (2) Is the statement in reference to the "powers of 368"? If so...just dumb: Glass has already pointed out the obvious solution for shorters re any temporary $15 level
(3) Now, *IF* Rufus/the company dumps shares during a "reset to to $15-level* ? clearly, a case can be made...

what's sad? i've been moderating here for two years...
i didn't want anybody to know because moderators were respected when i was recruited..i didn't want people to follow my pick because my name was at the top of the board....
dustoff and PG are the only people i ever told...
and dustoff had to act like a baby and tell everybody.. sad...

here on this thread...I've been here all night...and I haven't seen any posts disappear...but is seems as if you "picked" a fight...and I can't see why...at least not here and now..on this thread...
Yes...it's sad that 2 friends "fight" because they disagree...
What I see here is glass...defending himself...
