new2stock I was only poking fun. Lately we have had a storm of posters on this thread with some sort of devine intervention. Comming in here with words of wisdom that come from mystical sources, yet shock us all when they happen to be found 100% true and factual.
I just wish I could find that majical lightening storm that seems to be striking everyone else...

can someone explain why the ask in my etrade extended hours is 199.00 X 4100??? I know the biders usually go far lower and the askers go quite high, but that just seems crazy. Is it just someone doing it just for kicks???

yeah something is broken alright...Rufy's damn fax machine...500mil in the damn bank and can't afford a new freakin fax machine...
have the people on IHub heard about this broken fax situation...their input in this matter sure would be entertaining...i mean valuable...
so was anyone able to track down if that comment about tomorrow at 12:00 is credible?

2592 SEC Filing and none of any interest, except...
The Republic of Turkey just file an 18-KA. (What ever that is.) When did this country go public? And if so what others are out there? Can I short Iran?

Here is some news!
Well more like rumor. On the Hot Stock board The same guy who called the exact cusip number before the pr last night says there is another poster who is "in the know" because they called that there would be a pr before midnight, said that the 10k will come out tomorrow at noon. the trading will stop at 2pm.
I said that based on when the guy called the pr coming out (~30 minutes before hand) that he may indeed be a credible source, I do not know him. I was unaware of a pr coming out, and was just told to look at cusip.com and I would find the info there.

I was weary about even putting it here... sorry if it upsets anyonyone...everything is rumor that is not connected to filed FACT. 10 K says it all. I still think ALL IS GOOD.

I wont cash all out either, just enough to remove ALL debt and maybe fund a small getaway vacation someplace. Im curious whats to come as well so ill hold some sort of position afterwards.

Well, it was 96 or something crazy here in Michigan today as well. Im a prisoner in my air conditioned house!
I'll need new vacation plans. I had hoped to hit "Celebrate Brooklyn" specifically for Philipp Glass and The Kronos Quartet performing the score for Dracula but, alas, that was last weekend! There is currently some "confident" discussion in Paltalk. Dont shoot the messenger......
They claim, halt in trading tomorrow. Then, trading under a different symbol in the same day. No comments about opening PPS or whether we will be NASDAQ or not immediately.

And also, Bud750 in Paltalk apparently threatened the CVSU (via his lawyer calling Ben) folks with legal action from the sounds of it!! Apparently he holds a lot of shares or something and has brought his lawyer on board.
Again, this is just what im hearing right now

Bud apparently was tired of the "promises" that werent being followed and threatened lawsuit. Ben told him that a lawsuit could hurt the company and promised that PR last night. If some jerkoff blows this because he couldnt wait a day or two more he is going to be verrrrrry hated by the local populace.
and even more.....
I was wrong, they dont hate him...they worship him. They are glad he put the heat on the company. Still makes me very uneasy however.

4:30 today Rufus told Bud to relay this info because he can no longer post or speak in paltalk. He asked if Bud still planned to sue, Bud told him he would give CVSU time. They said the stuff i wrote above and also that the 10k will come "later" tomorrow or early Thursday.

Really Glass. This is ridiculous. No phone call or rumor is going to change anything. News will be reported when it happens. Calling Rufus 2700 times a day only fills his message box and does nothing to make anything happen.
If you are in this for the flip then you should have been out by the end of today. Why chance it. If you are holding through the conversion then nothing happening right now changes anything. If you're unsure then you really need to reassess your decision making process.
Stay in get out it doesn't matter just leave the management alone to either get it done or finish their packing. There's really no other way about this.

Rufus is much nicer than I would have been. I would have told him to sue and if he wanted any further information to call my attorney. WTF was Ben threating to sue for? Them being a couples days off with the proposed completion date. He has no grounds at this point. Let me go find Ben.
This is childish. I want it now and if you don't give it to me now, I'll sue. He needs to grow up.
