Prowds, why would his retiring in 3-6 months worry you. I think he'll get this company in a good position, and reap the rewards of his labors for years to come. I'm sure he has stock and the best way to make his stock worthless is to screw all of us investors. Remember the stock he has is still old CVSU stock, won't be worth sheet until after merger. This of course is my opinion.

if rufus has been buying up the float it would seem reasonable he would want to sell them for a profit. if CVSU really does trade at 15 bucks or more he could certainly afford to retire and who could blame him!!

I know you're not bashing, I've followed your posts I'm happy with a profit and I want to see black on white if we get $7-15 yes or no, thats all. For me the game is paused, I'll press the start button again once people on the message boards seem confident again and there's buying pressure (momentum) AND we know more, that's when I'm buying again

Exactly, how much are those worth right now! ZERO!
Rufus needs this merger in order to get "his" shares of CVSU to be traded in the open market...and then the man is rich...this is what this boils down to...IMO

Don't take my last post wrong . . . I fully recognize that we are all different . . . in investment style, the way we analyze, our goals, how we justify, our risk tolerance, etc. It's not my intention to shun negative thoughts - in fact, I encourage them because it's all part of the comprehensive process to fully assess a situation and consider all angles.
While everyone is here to make some money for themselves (at least, I would have to believe that to be true:) ), I fully appreciate the time, effort, and input many of you are putting forth and just want to say "thanks!"

however... if the pr relates, and i emphasize *IF*, only to old CVSU holders than he makes a killing... yeah, i understand how that works... but like i said, no one knows yet how this will pan out. and as i said, not bashing just bringing up semi-valid points in my opinion haha... who knows... they could be only semi-valid in my eyes haha...

My wife has slapped me on the back of the head twice today for not selling. I told her that I have nads of steel and she said have you visited them on the mantle lately.

I take no offense to good discussion, or people selling and making profit. I hope for the best for all of us.

in reference to my last post... just a little ponder moment. ok so ben and rufus only shareholders(of cvsu) that we know of as of right now. so they win out of this big time... we on the other hand.... get market prices. they get all of cvsu's "assets" you kinda get what i'm sayin/seeing/thinking? just a thought... don't go off of it and please don't get all jumpy and crazy about it...

which part... the assets part i guess. well they have all these bonds, etc... well i can't remember but anyways they have money to pay the "current" cvsu shareholders... which happens to be rufus and ben haha (which is ridiculous in my opinion) sooooo, if the 15 dollars relates to only them. they get the big payout by conversion and not fronthaul shareholders... hell, i'd retire too

So you're saying Rufus and Ben ARE the shareholder base? I can just imagine them chuckling to each other while writing this PR.

I swear! Rufus just took my call on his cell phone that is listed on their website 678-255-7650.
I asked "I own FHAL today. Am I guaranteed $15 a share on the 7/28 or 8/1 merger date on all my shares that I hold today. He said "yes hon - you sure are" I said "that sounds way to good to be true, how can you do that?" He said the regualtions of reorgaiznations allow companies to stop the market and reset the price per share at reorganization."

nothing wrong with taking a profit of course If I feel confident that we'll get a higher $ number for our shares then I'll buy back in again, even if I'd have to buy at a slightly higher price. I'll listen to the interview tonight (even though it's at 2AM my time lol) and see what he has to say. I still keep that email in mind (page 94, scroll down) that someone from England got from his broker TD Waterhouse UK, saying he would get $7.12 per share (in other words, the book value), so... lots of questionmarks for me right now. good luck everyone! definitely not bashing here, this stock's been great
