I think the problem is that HISC is not releasing the name of the company as we all know it is a shell. The dividend is not specific enough but one can guess that you would keep your HISC shares. Why they didn't go under the new shell is beyond me. Still the concern on the table is who, want, when, and where.

Of course we would keep our shares. The problem as I see it, is that HISC shares will never go up because they are giving part of the business to the new company. Read it. The new company is going to complete the buyout, not HISC. IMO, HISC will end up being the shell.

but it could be possible that maybe a portion of the business, say the software end being run by Actsoft is controlled by the new merger co, and maybe HISC will still sell their products like the Cybertracker under their current symbol?

Thats the impression I got as well from the wording of the PR. Its also why I still hold a long position in HISC. But the ambiguity was enough for me to sell my swing positions. So at this point all we can do is wait for clarity from HISC.

Listen, I'm fairly new to this so take what I say as opinion only, but this was my first penny stock and I got in last year on run the at .10, have stayed because I believe in this company. I've since bought in for more at .032 and again at .051 and have not even thought about selling any. Just look at the news leading up to today, " four officers of the company to take stock in lieu of pay till the end of the year to be issued monthly! Do you honestly think they would agree to that knowing their stock would be going down? Also, again I'am fairly new but to buy back shares to increase a under valued stock and do an rs doesnt make since to me. I think whats happening is MMs were playing the short and got caught, now you see this go well over .10 by the end of next week if not by month end. Do what you will but I'm here for the long hall. GLTA

i called apple investor relations and they said its going to trade under two different symbols but HISC is going to own both companies. For the most part they said that the inner workings and details have still not been figured out which would explain the vagueness of the press release. hope this helps. GLTA

WOW, what happened while I was gone. Did all you guys get out. The only thing that happened is we get free shares on the new stock. Am I missing something. Why is everyone selling?

sbrcow, I also called and spoke w/ Jackie at Apple and received the same info as you. I've been holding since .015 and I'm not about to let them scare me into selling now. The way I see it, by selling now you are throwing away your free shares of the new company that is expected to start off at .50 a share.
I am not an expert so don't go by what I say do your own dd and do what's best for you.

People will regret if they sold on the drop this morning. Already starting to climb. Would have been a good chance to flip, but I havent had the guts to flip yet. Just keep adding more!

Same here. For awhile there it was so close you couldnt flip it. Then for the last couple of days it would have been easy to do. I however was expection this thing to take off at any time and like wise didnt want to chance it. You just never know.

I have a question, say I've been holding since last year sold those stocks today and bought back in and they come out and tell us all stocks owned before the 13th get divys would I lose out becuase I sold my oringinal stocks? Because if that is true flipping could cost you, but then again flippers probably are not in this for the long hall, true or false?

Im not sure. I was wondering the same thing the other day when considering flipping. Because I didnt do it I havent followed up on it. Will propably have to wait and see the cutoff date. Sorry Im not helping you.

Lol, I seen the MM's trying to bring the stock down so I hopped off and is just waiting to see where it stablizes at. I think being in HISC is still good, I just didn't want to stomach the Tower Of Doom 13th Floor Drop today. I flipped the stock and waiting to see how everyone takes the news. Still long and strong on HMSC and will be for the next few years. The only thing I have hated about HISC is their vague PR's and then the long wait for clarification on everything.

To answer your question:
We will need HISC to state the cutoff date. Most likely it will be as of today or the previous announcement a few weeks ago, or it could be as of the finalized date here in about 10 days from now. If the cutoff date is today, then it would be who is holding at the close of the market today.

Glad to see you back. I was shocked when I got back home to see it had gone down to .05. Im glad I was away when all this happened. The way I see this were in a win win situation. I cant believe this thing has dropped. This stock has too much going for it.

I agree and I think the big problem is the MM's supposedly naked short selling the stock. There really isn't any other explanation for why the sudden selloff.

Hey guys, I just spoke with Jackie at the PR company. This is a good thing. We WILL own shares in the new company and both companies should do great in the future. I ask her to pleas issue a new press release explaining this is not a R/S or anything of the sort. Keep the faith brothers. Were in a good thing.

Bought back in again so turned out to possibly being a good flip day for me. Not back in for as many as before.....will watch and see what next week brings.
They should have been buying back some of those shares today if they were smart. And then they will hold those and have the dividend shares of the new company they can sell for profit.....I think that was a smart move on HISC part! IMO
