from what they say, it looks like shareholders of HISC will benefit from this merger... that being said, how do you think this will play out? our HISC shares take the new merger name for like value PLUS dividend shares or what?

Well!! That the word from JerseyBoy ie.. Read back throught the thread from yesterday. If what he knows is true. The answer is Yes. No matter how long it takes we do know were in the money again. Take a Look at the current ask. .079 now thats cool. Dose anyone have L2s for today?

Hey Sev~ HISC will most likely keep their name as it can bring pretty much anything homeland / security related right under their umbrella. As for the merger being good or bad for HISC and stockholders, that remains to be seen as we do not know who they are joining forces with. My guess is that it is going to be a company from overseas that many if not all of us will probably not immediately know.
However, whatever the company, they are supposedly trading on the Big Board. In my opinion, it would not make sense to release news until next week with more trading days for HISC to have positive momentum. Either the news comes today, or it will have to wait until next week as from a business standpoint, it would just be a better strategy.
Again, I am tempted to drop more in at these levels but as with the unknown it is a crap shoot.

Meaning one of two things is about to happen:
1) The merger is completed and announced either today or tomorrow.
2) A new PR is put out stating more time is needed.
Either way, I would expect to see something within the next 48 hours.

If there is anything in there about a reverse merger or split, I would think they would release it Friday after hours to give everyone the weekend to cool off. IMO only, I've been screwed by too many reverses.

I don't think we will see a reverse or anything. Fairly certain that HISC is in the drivers seat and the other company will help them will liquid able income so that can continue to invest in development. Just my opinion. Btw: take a look at how the MM's are most likely covering their shorts by shaking the tree on very little sells.

I'm in for another 100k * .07, I hope this doesn't go the other way and I end up and the short side of the stick...
I'm using the funds from the $6k profit I made when I flipped RUSH yesterday... would like to get back in RUSH if it goes back to the low 6's - only time will tell...

Come on guys, keep the faith. This stock is a lot better future than 80% of the other threads out there, just read through them. This company has a great product and rights to sell others. I believe it will be back where it was and more. The L2s this morning looked good. Just remember Rules and I have a plan. Im hunting for BigFoot and he is keeping an eye out for Nessie. That just in case though. LOL

Maybe not, but look through the Wall Street Journal and tell me how many Nasdaq stocks trade under a dime. Not many.

HISC has stated they are merging with an OTC BB company - and therefore no minimum shareprice requirements. The OTC is run through the Nasdaq & that's where confusion comes in...

Patience my HISC friends......we were bound to get a down day! What did we have four or five straight up days? Gotta have a down in there someplace...(lol) Look at this chart...such a nice climb for the past month, gradually getting HISC to where it belongs! ( well over .10 in my opinion)

Again, HISC is merging with a Nasdaq Bulletin Board listed company. Not a Nasdaq(big board) listed company. And btw, the majority of companies listed on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board do trade in the pennies. And Nasdaq Bulletin Board companies are not in the Wall Street Journal.
