More important not to tarnish 9/11 heroes...thank God he was never in charge of Homeland Security. It's really scary to think of all the unqualified appointees Bush has made over the course of his presidency.

Ed, not sure what you mean?

The dividend is paid to HISC share holders next Thursday July 27th.

MM's walked this down nicely the past few days. Great buying opportunities below .02.(I enjoyed it and loaded up! I'm ready now!) I expect a continuous rise beginning soon, through next Thursday! IMO

Go to Yahoo finance and read the latest news from HISC. There isnt going to be a dividend because the deal fell thru. Guess that also means no move to a higher exchange. Sounds to me like the whole thing just fell apart.

Thanks Ed. No PR from HISC yet on that but looks like the merger deal with EVSI is off. Not a real big deal. I'd rather see HISC get off the PINKS on their own anyway! JMHO.

This news and many possibilities with CyberTracker and the Auto industry are very promising!

Might be more than one person confused here. WTF are they doing?? Better be a pretty good explanation, cause I thought the whole deal hinged on moving to a higher board by merging with EVSI. Dont see how they can give a dividend in a company they dont own.

It is confusing!! But from what I can figure out.....Best info I can find. So until they post the letter to share holders as indicated in todays PR, we won't know for sure. But here is my conclusion. ( For what its worth)

Hisc is still purchasing EVSI. (Or already has)When they decided not to merge HISC assets etc, they no longer are considering it a merger. (resulting in yesterdays SEC filing stopping the merger). Hisc has purchased the EVSI shell basically to put the Actsoft Company there. ( Actsoft if you remember is the company who handles the software end of the Cyber Tracker etc) I don't remember the assets and income of Actsoft but I believe it was very good. Actsoft is not a public company, but will be now under the EVSI shell.(The reason EVSI and our dividend shares are said to be worth .50 is EVSI has to do a reverse split before we get our shares. Than the value of EVSI.( or it may change names eventually) with the Actsoft company value should be worth atleast .50

So in my opinion HISC is still a great buy at these prices.....At todays PPS 100000 shares ( aprox. $1800) will get you ( 1 for every 50) 2000 shares of the dividend company. ( if its worth .50 as stated you gain $1000) The value of HISC should also start to increase when sales figures start increasing steadily and new orders keep coming in.

We are due for second qtr financials soon as well!!

GLTA,

Bob

As always, do your own due!

You may be on the right track. The only flaw I can find is the following quote from the EVSI filing:
"Based on the Company's failure to effectuate the reverse split and increase in authorized shares in a timely manner, at this time, parties have mutually agreed that they will not proceed with the transaction."
Based on that statement, IMO there will be no reverse split. I'm afraid the only solution is the company's answer, whenever they choose to post it. Sure is a rat's nest, and hopefully we havent all been screwed (again).

Much confusion lately with HISC & dividend shares of EVSI. This is my best guess of what is happening based on what I have found out. I hope I can put it in understanding terms.

By know means do I suggest buying HISC based on my information. It may continue down based on the chart, and when information will be released.

The dividend still is expected to be paid (1 new EVSI share for every 50 Hisc shares owned) The date has been delayed again. But based on the corrected DEFR14C filed with SEC by EVSI today it should happen by mid Aug.

The recent filing stating the merger was canceled was required because as we know about two months ago HISC announced they were not merging any HISC assets into EVSI. This is now a buy out, not a merger! HISC is buying the company and Actsoft will then be the new EVSI. This in my opinion is a good thing. Actsoft is a very profitable company. Your dividend shares hopefully will reflect that and have a good chance to increase in value. You also will maintain your HISC shares which also hopefully will increase in value as sales continue and profits increase. Possibly at some point HISC can move up off the pinks.( Think about it, had they merged and you received your dividend shares the value of HISC would have surely dropped to nothing because it would have no assets. Now you have a value in two companies. Hopefully they will both be profitable.)

As for CEO Moody, he did not jump ship.... he is moving to the new EVSI company. He still holds a large share of HISC. So he wants it to succeed as well. Time will only tell if the new CEO can handle his job at HISC. Don't see any reason why he can't at this time.

So that's all I know for now! I've been lied to before so won't be surprized if it happens again!

This is not a pump to buy HISC.....as many know it's a pinkie and like I say 99.9 percent are scams!(lol) It's just a lotto ticket in my mind!

GLTA,

Bob

Here is a link to the shareholders letter. Well written, with a number of excellent points. Not sugar coated, just straight up. Admitting low pps due to shares outstanding, delay in aquisition of EVIS etc. Not blaming on stock shorting like a few companys do. Nice move up today. Time will tell if we hit bottom and are starting an upward trend. I would expect when the definite final date is given for the dividend payout we will see a strong upward jump. Should be fun for day traders at that point. IMO

Any reversal and upward closing is a much needed welcome in my book. I think the new CEO should put something out explaining how everything is to play out and how it brings value to their shareholders.

Well, I have to admit I never expected levels this low again! ( I know, never say never!) Chart looks like we will hit sub penny status today. Unless some very good news hits!(not likely this late in the morning)

But watch for a possible quick big drop and minor rebound for a good day trade. IMO

Dont want to introduce a sour note here, but IMO this stock will piddle around in the sub-pennies until it gets itself listed on an exchange that doesnt allow MMs to short hell out of it and keep the PPS down.
Until that is accomplished, we can all sit back and wait, because no matter what news comes out, it can never shake the MMs that control most penny stocks.
This company has everything going for it. With the increase in orders and sales, it should easily be over .10 by now, but the MMs wont allow it to happen.
