Myself, I don't think this is going to run wildly but it will go up enough to make me $300 or so. I have learned not to be greedy. For example, I made $325 this am on PBLS - bought yesterday at .0053 and sold at .0068. I bought this at .0037. and will sell at .005 or so.

Two days up......WOW. Those of us who have been in HISC for a while know this has not happened in a loooooong time! Here's to hoping its the beginning of a true turn around.

Looks like the dumping has ended...IMO, and with rumors of good numbers being announced soon, this trend up may continue. An up day tomorrow would be excellent!

EVSI dividend is now finally behind us. Has no effect on HISC! Hisc cybertracker sales can now start to move the PPS upward.

IMO. Good quarter #'s hopefully coming this week! And besides, the MM's are due to let this run atleast alittle bit!

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Updates Progress on Refocused Strategy in Letter to Share Holders

Internet Wire via COMTEX

Oct 31, 2006 8:31:34 AM

Letter to the Share Holders Posted on the HISS Website

ASHEVILLE, NC, Oct 31, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the Company has posted an updated letter to share holders on its website, www.hissusa.com. In the letter, Fred Wicks, President and CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, updates the share holders on progress that has been made in the areas of product development, organizational structure, expansion and profits since new management took control in July.

Mr. Wicks also uses the letter to explain the dividend in Evans Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: EVSY). Homeland Integrated Security Systems share holders of record on October 20, 2006 will receive 1 new share of restricted stock in Evans Systems, Inc. for every 50 shares of HISC they owned on the record date. Homeland Integrated Security Systems share holders will maintain the same number of shares in HISC while receiving the dividend shares in the NASDAQ Bulletin Board Company. The pay date for the dividend is October 30, 2006.

According to Mr. Wicks, "This dividend is a milestone accomplishment for the share holders of HISS. The board has overcome numerous obstacles to achieve this goal and now will set out to bring value to its shareholders."

Evans Systems, Inc. is a bulletin board company with a strategy to acquire private companies with unique products and/or technologies. Some of these companies will be "spun off" as separate public companies with Evans retaining a minority ownership. Other companies will be integrated into Evans as permanent operating divisions.

Evans Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: EVSY) recently announced that the company had signed a Letter of Intent to acquire TeleCents Communications, Inc. (TCI) of Michigan for $13 million in cash and stock considerations. TCI (www.telecents.com) is a privately held telecommunications company that provides Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, internet based call-on demand, and pre-paid, PIN based calling card services.

The parties have completed due diligence and expect a closing to occur on or before November 30, 2006. TeleCents sales in 2005 were $10,599,000. TCI is projecting 2006 sales to be approximately $11,300,000.

They have been sent out to brokers. It may take a few days or weeks until they show in your account. Depends on the Broker. They will not do you any good for a year anyway. Restricted!

Yeah, I agree this stock has made many upset over the past year. I do think the new CEO has kept his word so far. Building new sales of the CT. Reducing cost. I found out today HISC bad PR firm Big Apple's contract has not been renewed. That was about a $75000 expenditure per month! Thats a big help in the long term. Unfortunitly many of us have been in this well over a year and had expected much more than what we have now. I have a bunch of shares I'm holding from way to high to bother selling now. I'll just wait it out with them. I will continue to try and flip this to gain a few bucks back. Last week was good for a flip, (made $800 when it dropped to .002 and bounced above .0035) Watch tomorrow may be a good flip day as well. Dropped low at close. I'm looking for an entry near .002 again. That's what you have to do with these pinks. keep flippin!
