I bought 2 weeks ago in some respects by mistake, it was ALL my fault. I went to the order screen to look at something and did typed in an order and thought i was buying more RSHN, but instead i picked up 30m shares of this. Since then, i was thinking this may have an upside and i may be able to sell, such is not the case. I put order after order in and none have filled. I called Scottrade and inquired and they informed me that no orders were sold for the ENTIRE day, let alone most of last week.
Looks like im in for the LONGGGGGGGGGGGGG haul. Not looking for profit, just want 3k back in my bank i guess! If not, it was a 3k lesson i learned!

I still don't understand dingocub's comment that the ValCom connection "might scare the hell out of" us.
Anyone know anything about dingocub? Is he a reliable source of info?
BL... get a hold of King Crimson, he has a lot of info on the Valcom connection. it is an interesting circle to say the least.

K2. No worries. I too am straddled with 30M...only wish mine were worth ONLY 3K. Still, some days I wake up and feel optimistic. I dunno why, but i'm willing to give Fan a chance.
You may want to stuff it away for a few months. With such a massive re-org currently underway, I'd be hard pressed to see any movement north for another few months (an that is with one caveat, that Fan is able to turn it around).

Alek What do you see in the charts that shows improvement for next month? I'm not good at charts.

there has been a lack of information that is starting to get long.
I think it would only be fair that they at least let us know who is still there and who is gone.
Franks parking spot is no longer reserved in the staff parking lot, it is now Lloyd Fans spot according to a post on IHUB

I have 200 dollars of my hard earned money in this POS and I want at least 1G back from it.
Thank you.
P.S. I have 2,000 in CNES.
Not sure what chart you are looking at but I would be happy just to get my $200 back. Break even and be happy.

Calm before the storm?? Lack of Interest?? and my best thought, Frank is not flooding the shares anymore which keeps everyone holding in order to give Fan time to buy back shares and do some good.
Overall, I would say this one is exactly on the middle of the proverbial fence ..... can go either way. 1) Totally Awsome, or 2) Totally Gruesome.

Numa True ... but what is the reason for the low volume? It probably means "something", but what is it telling us?
I don't really expect an answer, because we don't know enough about Q currently to know what anything means.
If a recent post about someone's visit to Q headquarters was true, we can assume Frank is out and Fan is in. But until someone actually sees Fan in the flesh ... well, I'll just wait for proof. Just hope Fan is not an allusive as Sasquatch has been all these years.

hey guys:
jack e. jett here. this is my first post. i have looked at this board for a long time. i love looking at geronimo's white lab, as well as hopefully finding some valuable critique on the queer edge. some of you i have met in burbank. i feel no need to post and hide my identity. the recent events at q television have been devastating for me and my family.
being ripped off by the management of q television is not something i enjoy or take lightly. the queer edge staff is a family as well. in my opinion, there are 5 people to blame for this mess, and they are no longer part of the network. i have been speaking to the press. i do not "relish" this as someone suggested here. just as i don't relish begging for the money due me and the staff/crew. you should know that each interview i take part of, a pulicist, (at my cost) listens to make certain that i do not say anything that could damage or harm the re tooling of the network. i have always been very, very apprecative of the investors and have felt like i really work for you. i am between a rock and a hard place. those that created this mess must be held accountable. the statement that my show was being "retooled" is inaccurate.......in fact, it was a f*cking lie. the queer edge has always been produced with an emphasis to syndicate. believe it or not, there is a lot of interest from various "straight" international outlets. the show is currently syndicated in canada. the show will be represented at MIP TV in a couple of weeks. i feel the project has potential and promise.
i don't know who hanson is. i don't care. i don't care if lloyd fan has sex with a sponge. i am far more interested in what someone brings to the table, than who they have sex with. i have confidence in mr. fan and carol hinant to turn this mess around. as someone saId here.....they can't do any worse. they both have a keen business sense and willing to hire the PROPER MANAGEMENT TEAM. this task will be made more difficult from the massive mess the previous team left behind. if nothing else, you have to hand it to them for trying.
the management wants to bring the queer edge back. that is being dealt with by my manager, agent, lawyer etc. i really love the thought of an INDEPENDENT glbt network that allows an aging tv gasbag like me to run amouk.
someone had posted something on this board discussing that they felt sandra bernhard was less than attractive. unfortunately, these comments got back to her. no matter what one might think of someone's physical features, i found it in poor taste to comment about it. sandra is a very talented and respected artist. she was very dedicated to the queer edge project, and she too is owed a lot of money. she will now be doing a show for logo. i would beg of you guys that if you choose to bash people for their appearance.....bash me....there is plenty of material there to work with. please do not bash my co host. they are really hard to come by and will be even more tough in the future. maybe, if you are going to do so...include a photo of yourself that will allow others to do the same.
this posting has been read and approved by my publicist.
again, i feel no need to hide my identity. i am jack*jackejett.com. i just wanted you guys to know that this is not fun for any of us. i will not let the previous administration off the hook, however, i want to move forward and give the new guys a chance to rock n roll.

Milliam
Sorry Mill, but no matter who the "letter" came from, it would have still been the farthest thing from transparency.
At this juncture, being a long I can't stress enough the seriousness of the transparency issue. I understand you probably weren’t even serious in your remark, but I think its fair to say that we longs are all at a point where nothing less than official documented proof will be excepted.

Thank you for caring about us investors, Frank and his team of high water pirates surely didn't give a rats azz about us.

I wish you nothing but future success, and hope that you get what is owed you.

My brother went to the studios today and got lucky with his timing and managed to snag Carol Hinnant for a few minutes between her appointments. Here are some of the points, not the exact verbiage:
1. Transparency is very important to Lloyd and Carol. It will happen. 2. Absolutely will do the Gay Games. 3. Lloyd Fan is a tall, quiet and easygoing man who is a pleasure to work for. 4. Mr. Fan has put in a lot of money and is personally committed to make QTN work. 5. Verizon is a fabulous deal and is definitely going forward. 6. This new “team” was left with a real mess, but they are working extremely hard to get beyond it. 7. Frank and crew are out! 8. Keep watching for announcements. A lot should be out shortly. 9. The staff is fielding a lot of phone calls from irate investors who are angry with Frank. All they want to do is bitch, threaten and whine. This takes away from what they need to do to turn the pps upward. (IMO, we should give them the time and space they need to do it right) 10. Lloyd, Carol and the staff loved my cheesecakes!
