if you go back and look at past PR's...the comment was that Livestar would be spun off...and divs paid for that spinoff...so pretty much expect it to be restricted shares of Livestar.

Ok, here's my latest theory on what's going on with the PPS.
I believe that the MM's are not short. However, I do think there are individuals, groups, companies that ARE short, and they are now beginning to cover. I also think that retail selling has stopped for the most part except for a few brave daytraders here and there. So, if retail selling has stopped, how are the shorts covering? Easy - they are buying the MM's inventory, and the MM's are WILLING to get rid of it. How do I know? Everytime we get a rally or uptick, MM's flock to the ask hoping to sell to buyers.
What does this mean to us? Well, forget about the merger and that crap. Our best bet for saving our skin and maybe even making profits is to hope there is a HUGE short position, and that the MM's inventory dries up... one it dries up, they MUST move the PPS higher until retailers begin selling to them. If they move the PPS higher, shorts will be even more pizzed and fighting to buy even more. All could lead to a short squeeze. 13 days to go.

Repo, I think the problem with your theory is that individuals and groups CAN'T short the stock. I'm pretty sure it's an SEC rule (but have been trying to confirm this fact) taht you can't short a stock under $5 (I thikn it's $5, anyway you get the point.)
I do believe that the MMs WERE significantly short leading up to the PR, and were probably able to scare most holders into selling their shares. If there was truly that "150 group" that held more than the float, I'd be surprised if even those didn't give up a good chunk of their shares. I think there will be a short squeeze leading up to the 10th, but it will be significantly smaller than it would have been if thre wasn't this huge panic sell-off.

PCola - you are correct for U.S trading rules.
You can short stocks through international brokerages. Think about it. I'm a foreign broker. If I place continuous sells throughout the day, of course they will be filled. And if I never reconcile my trades through the DTC, who is going to investigate or pull my licenses???

And how is UBSS filling billions of shares from his inventory? Why isn't he matching buy orders with retail sell orders???? Anybody selling at .0006? No.

GREAT, I WILL BE ABLE TO BUY ANOTHER 1 1/2 TANKS OF GAS.
you know whats funny? I have a lot of clients from the UK and they are paying between 8 and 10 dollars a gallon, and they have been paying those high prices for as long as I can remember. even several years ago it was 5 or 6 bucks a gallon. And it's all in taxes, which really sucks. That's why when I got 20 gallons for 66 bucks the other day I didn't worry about it, I thought about how much that would have cost me over there. We still have it good!

If we are so dang addicted to oil like the Pres. says, why in the heck would he & his administration give us $100 to buy more? Also, don't you think he has printed enough money already, if you know what I mean?

Welcome back buddy. You're missing the fun part. No one here is stressed, everyone's just goofing around and having fun.
I think yesterday when it hit .0004 everyone still holding mentally wrote it off as a loss, so everything from here is gravy, and we're having fun with it.

Yeah, that's very saddening. Since i knew I was planning to hold for a while that was the worst part about yesterday and tuesday's close, knowing the shorts were covering and laughing.

MACD looks like buying time. But, maybe it is only a commmon reverse since yesterday panic sell. Glad to see the backup. If 0006 holds strong, then we might see a big runup later time. Good luck.
