The good news is that APOA stayed at .08 today. Each day that stays up better our chances of truly getting .005 for ours. Still can't decide whether or not to bail. A mute point if we don't get up to .01 before the big day.

I read your post a few pages back. Here's a true story without the specifics (and most certainly does not apply to jphc)...
Trader (T) entered a large buy on a pink based on dd and short-term speculation. Unbeknownst to T, info was groundwork being laid for a trap, soon followed by paid pumpers and hard evidence of market manipulation/collusion. T saw the way of things to come, and sold position.
That night, T called attorney (Att) and explained the whole situation. Att said proof sounded substantial and may be worth a look.
Att asked, "How much did you lose?"
T said, "Well... ummm... you see... I didn't lose anything. I made quite a bit... more than enough to pay your *%$*ing fees."
After a few moments of silence, T hears muffled noises?, bangs?, yelling?, sounds like someone attacking Att. T gets no response from Att and picks up cell phone to call 911. Troopers got to Att's house in record time because there had been a rash of burglaries in the area. From Att's house, trooper tells T to hang up the phone. Obediently, T hangs up... both phones.
Trooper visits T... lot of questions, trooper hands T citation and not so forthcoming on the answers, but insisted Att was fine.
T called Att and got a new lesson... the noises coming from Att were the direct result of ROFL His AO and the citation was to be determined... either filing a false report or prank call.
T said, "Well, fix it!" T also said other things that cannot be repeated and should never have been said.
Att said, "I'll call in the morning."
T, normally patience overflowing, doesn't want to wait until morning to set this right.
T says, "I'll sue you."
Att says, "I'll sue you back. You still coming over for the BBQ this weekend?"
T says, "Of course."
Att says, "Good deal, I'll show you a better way to attack the scum then." He did.

That's where all of us gotta sink or swim. I'm no financial advisor, and I take huge risks. Some say exit plans should be decided before you buy, and there's a little safety in that.
So if it were my money, I would pick a pps that I'm comfortable with and set a GTC AON order to go in tomorrow. I would decide now, while I have quiet time to make a decision on that comfortable pps. While I watch the intraday (next week), I might adjust that pps a little up or down, but not much because those adjustments are going to be based on fear/greed. Also, I would pick a pps that does not already have an MM standing on it. Your order time is important.
And then I would wait, enjoying the lube job with my coffee. Well, that's what I would do if it was my money.
Chad, don't trust anyone but yourself and you will be fine.

mine is actually even at 0006. i am thinking of putting a sell order tomorrow at that price. if it gets through, I will be glad. Certainly, if the market price is higher, I will be much gladder. But, if market is down more, then I might hold it longer.

I'm holding until Friday of next week.. if they have to halt trading to do a symbol change before the 10th, trading will be halted on Monday the 8th (3 days to settle trades). Therefore, next Friday is D-Day. Do or die.

DEAD CAT BOUNCE... It wont go to penny land but it might ease up to around .001. I dont think the mm's want this pos any more than we do. They will let it run alittle and we will get out. Thats the way I see it. I hope I am right. TMAN...

Thanks TMAN. I just could not deal with the headache of watching this stock anymore.I lost only a few hundred,but now making it back slowly.Maybe it was a mistake to sell ,but now I know what I have at least .

yeah instead of heading to 90210 we headed to Iraq lol. I am just joking around, I am still in it! I still think it will pop up a bit, otherwise I would be out for a loss already.

I sold yesterday (again) LOL. I took a small loss but couldn't figure out what direction the train was gonna take! Good luck. I'm lookin at DDSI at the moment.
