I am really tempted to do What JARW did and just walk away for a few days and not even log onto my account, lest I make a foolish mistake. THen I think I might miss the split second that it up ticks enough for me to sell at small profit.

I think that's incorrect for a couple of reasons that each go opposite directions.
First, the good: It seems like the PR from JPHC today says that the conversion .005/(APO Price) (currently .005/.008) which would say you'll get 6.25 million shares of APOA
2nd, the bad: Your assumption is that you could SELL your APOA shares at .008. The second the shares convert, former JPHC shareholders will be selling, and you can expect a pretty significant share price decrease pretty much instantaneously.
Not sure which would have more impact.
Also, your assumption takes away $5000 for JPHC shares, is that saying you bought them at .0005, if so, then that part is correct, otherwise, you're "profit" is obvioulsy less what you paid for it, not what it's currently worth.

Do the pay sites for L2s show better info? Like could we really find out how many shares UBSS is selling? Or will it say "5000" on all of the L2 sites?

so does anyone seem to have some real insight to things yet? Is the conversion really .005? like the latest PR says? Are our shares really valued at that price? (thatd be awesome if true).
I just wold like to have a real clue as to what our shares are worth...(plz dont say crap).

Guess this one really hurt a lot of feeling right now. Market confidence probably has been down since yesterday especially. Really need some decent news or comment like this morning to feed it up. If today is settled at 0006, then tomorrow will be a very interesting day. We might see a little bit higher. If not, then things will be rough

I am holding this till it goes over .001. Which it should I think with all the buys. or longer, depending on if I can get the below figured out. I just would like to have clear answers to these questions:
1)is our stock valued at .005 at conversion? or 2)is 1 share worth 1/4 of APOA 20day avg? and 3)is it restricted or not? (if are shareholders as of conversion date, are we stuck in it for 1 or 2 yrs).
