JPHC now at .0008. Tape, they hired an independent firm to do a valuation, I agree that this initial number is thier own opinion but the independent audit is generally used by both sides of the deal to gain an understanding of the company's market valuation. Rarely, (in this type of circumstance) would the acquiring company pay for another valuation to be done.
Jmoove I would never except another companies audit info. Even if it was by an independent auditor. They are being paid to come up with what the company wants. After all the lies that have been stated in the past now way. But who knows. Wish you all the best of luck today.

You can bet that anybody interested in buying this company is involved in the valuation. JPHC can't buy the valuation they want... I am auditor, and with all of the problems of late (Enron,etc...) we take the most conservative road possible.

it's either the MM's are holding it down so that they can cover, or ppl are not buying into the PR.. i had it filled easily at .0008, so it doesn't look like a cover

JPHC: The Company's Press Release said that they were set with the $0.004 valuation. We believe that the valuation is actually higher than that. The exciting news on top of this should come next week. We expect that the Company will announce a takeover by another Public Company. We do not believe that there will be a letter of intent. We expect that the deal will be final. The deal could be between $0.005 - $0.008. This is just my opinion. I wish the best of luck to all.

neither company can buy the valuation. I'm sure whoever is buying it knows how it came out or how it's progressing.
