I hope it doesn't lose steam as well, but if it does we might as well hang on and see what happens with the merger. It seems like it's right around the corner. And if it ends up being .004 or higher, we'll be thankful we still got 'em.

Since this is fully diluted now I would assume it would take a lot of buys to increase the PPS substantially. I think its headed for .002 by EOW but it will be a gradual rise. JMO

When they say they say the value is .004 fully diluted they are saying that every Authorized Share is worth that. Fully diluted means that they count it all. It doesn't mean that all shares can be traded. By some estimates there are 3.8B reserved shares (can't be traded) which reduces the float considerably. Bigdogs on iHub has been taking a count of all that consider themselves long and holding which if his numbers are correct leaves around 200M freely traded shares out there. Now if thats anywhere near correct then how do we have a volume today of over 1.1B? Well I'm glad you asked. Naked Shorting is the only answer. How do we combat it? Another very good question, but first the basics on how it works. An MM will sell shares of a stock that he doesn't own, (short). This can cause investors seeing the sells coming in and the price dropping to dump there shares and cut their loses, if done right causing a slide in the pps. After the slide has dropped the price enough the MM that started the panic will step in and buy back the shares that he didn't have to sell in the first place, (cover). Example: MM sells xyz shares at $.10 and causes other investors to panic and sell and the price per share drops to say $.08 not much right. But if the MM sold 5M shares * $.10 he received 500,000 and bought 5M shares * $.08 to cover the shares he didn't have in the first place and only paid 400,000 that's $100,000 profit for doing nothing other than stressing out some investors he doesn't even know. This is a very simple example, but think about it it is a very simple stradegy. Now back to how we fight it. The only way to fight is to hang on to the shares you own. Why? His stradegy is to sell shares he doesn't have to cause a panic hoping to shake loose some scared shares for him to buy back at a lower price. Well guess what, if he attempts this and no one sells there are no additional shares for him to buy back, or better yet, when he attempts this if we as longs pick up some of those shares he is selling, he will only be digging himself in deeper. At some point he has to cover his sells and turn around and buy, if we have held he will have to buy at our price to get the shares he needs to cover. The perfect time to have done this would have been today, because the PR came out after hours and caught the MMs off guard or in other words they started off in the hole this morning. If we had held strong or even bought up some of his shorts we could have put him in deeper. I am afraid we may have let them recover a bit today. If we had held strong the price would be multiples of where it is now.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR,,,,,HOLD FOR THE MONEY, TAKE SOME OF THEIR MONEY THIS TIME.
Sorry if I bored some of you to tears with this over simplification, but I felt that the people that didn't understand what was going on today needed to know......eom

thanks for the explanation, it clears alot up for me. the whole concept of naked short selling was somewhat fuzzy to me until now.
But the big question is, where do you see this EOW? Can we still climb if the MM's are covering?

We will climb even with the MMs playing their games. We would climb alot faster and higher if we held tight. The EOW is anybodys guess. The MMs are not stupid or they wouldn't be where they are, they know that the company has been valuated at .004 min. and probably will be bought out for more and rumors have it to be next week. They will not get hung out on this you can count on it. It all worked the way they wanted it today. As long as they are able to scare up shares they will be safe in playing their games. The games will stop when they think buyout is close.
