When the deal is done and they let us know about it, this stock is easily thru .001 and headed to the buyout/valuation level which rumors have it at between .004->.006.
Just waiting on the news. Hopefully this week yet, just have to have patience.

so i went and bit the bullet and picked up 2 million at .0005 just a second ago!!!! Not much traded so far.... seems unusual!!! Minus my 2 million only 1.9 million.... hmmmm!!!!

All this speculation and strange market activity is really making me norvous on this one. Nervous enough that I just picked up 1mil. a few minutes ago. There has to be some kind of news coming soon. please?

well i think i'll give it until this friday and sell on monday if nothing comes around.. had my money sitting here long enough, luckily still made a nice profit, as long as it doesn't head back down to 3.

hey rocking lobster, if you got in at 3 or 4 even 5 hang on it will run soon - look at the volume etc. what else are you thinking about doing with the money? this may be as good in a short term.

The selling has stopped, people are hanging on to their shares in anticipation of news. If we get the news it will pop big with everyone that got out trying to get back in. Sure like to see the evaluation come back somewhere over .005. Remember the news was rumored to "knock your socks off". Lets see if it does. The elastic is about gone on my socks today, so it may be a good day for it. LOL

Good luck trying to get in a 4. Been trying to add at 4 the last couple days and haven't been able to get that much filled. The ask is thinning at 5 and if news comes out, there will be approx. 0% chance of fill this low.

i really don't have any faith in what he says.. 30 min is the difference between getting news at pinksheets or getting news at yahoo. Stay in this is if you think its gonna run, not because someone is spreading rumors. He was right about the 30 min PR, he was wrong every other time before that prediction about the PR.

personally I'm wondering if news might be better on Monday anyway, giving several days run without the weekend breaking it up. A several days, in a row, run may keep the excitement at a higher level and drive it up higher. Which might not matter if it runs up to the evaluation price anyway.

The dilution stinks, but it looks like they're cleaning house for the merger... Paying out the President and CFO, getting a new auditor. Seems to flow with all the other speculation. Would guess we may hear the news early next week. Fingers crossed!

I think this is like when you sell your house, you have to pay off all debts at closing. I think since this sends a signal that news must be coming early in the next week and probably on Monday. It sure would be nice and put a smile on a lot of faces.

Not sure how you figure this can only be bad. First of all the last 3 form 4s showed almost 3.5B shares being bought upby the company officers and sold back to the company for nothing. (Read the Form 4s) Second Yes they did issue almost 1B shares to clear up debt but that still leaves 2.5B that was pulled off the market according to the filings. Third,in order for an acquisition to move forward doesn't it seem reasonable for the acquiring company to want these debts cleared up first.
This may not be bad news but a sign of an impending agreement.
