So does this mean that APO will PAY ME .005 for my shares? I'm not quite sure what all this means.

The whole point was to ask why do you think he put it in quotes on purpose more than once. Most people including yourself didnt put the word in quotes. It was just an observation that I was wondering about. Hopefully "D" didnt mean dilution.
In English military parlance, D-Day is a term often used to denote the day on which a combat attack or operation is to be initiated. Whilst the initial D in D-day stands for the word day it often represents a variable, designating the day upon which some significant event will or has occurred; see Military designation of days and hours for similar terms.

Question...If APO is going to pay .005 for each share of JPHC, then wouldn't everyone holding be guaranteed a share price of .005 if the merger goes through?
Can someone explain this to me?
Thanks.

It HAS to be profit takers that don't know about the news, doesn't it? WTF other explanation could there be?

You will get shares of APOA.ob at an exchange ratio of .005. So basically you will get one share of apoa for 2 shares of jphc. they are trading a little above a penny. TMAN...

I jumped in big at .0014 and am down big already. Sell the news must be going on here. If it's going to be bought out at .005, it should be moving up towards that price.
I missed the train on NDOL, they are being bought out too. I Bought at .20 and sold at .30, now it's at .60. I won't make that mistake again.

The way it looks to me is that for every 2 of your shares you get one of theirs which are valued at .01. From there you should be able to sell theirs for their going rate.
