The new shares will be on the gray market and worthless. It is a paperwork shuffle. They will not have a B/A so most brokers will not touch them. It is the same thing that MLON did when they spun off to PYCT they gave out XMET shares..These divys really mean nothing. The XMET PPS goes up and down because I think confused people are buy or selling them on the gray thinking it is PYCT.

there is words out, and denied by Pearl, that they are the same group involved with the old MLON and others. Scams are scams and money can be made...just got to work the plan and keep to the plan...

MLON has a long history but the crook CEO has been replaced and it is a new company now. spun off as PYCT. MLON history had lots of bad smells to it with the old CEO...

If they split the divvy shares down the road, it won't give much credence to the idea that it has to go up 5 to six figures in value. Whats the beef anyway? you're not paying for the divvy, it's being handed to us. PAIM is enough by itself, if and when they get the gold moving in the numbers that have been stated, thats huge in it's own right. Right now thats how I feel about it and I don't care what anybody else says.

Don't worry about the price of the preferred shares or the conversion math to common stock. Just buy this week and get on the PAIM train. The train is going to be full of gold nuggets with Pearl as conductor. I will be buying 50 million Friday which will give me 200million.

So here's how I figure it... After the dividend of 1000 shares per 1 and the reverse split (maybe) I'll have 400m shares and I sell at .01 I will make $4 million.

DIGDOUGH is right, the divy is some scheme to screw the shorts, which is why we will be able to sell them.
the shorts have to buy them from us or go to jail.
the divy will be under a new symbol and will be tradeable but beyond that who knows.
