The morning shares traded were preferred shares, at lunchtime they were converted to common shares, and then at the end of the day they will be converted to BS shares.

Preferred shares will have new ticker and CUSIP. They are UNRESTRICTED and will hold FULL voting privledges.
Par value is .00000001. Catch 22. New SEC rules states no security may be bought or sold for less than .0001.
Pearl said in the future the company may offer 2 common shares for every 1000 preferred shares. That would mean if you have 1 share common now, you would then have 3 shares common PAIM stock.
considering that wouldn't prolly happen for another 6 months, the PPS then could be anything, and even at .0001 you would be able to make nice bank. the preferred shares could also appreciate and be worth something as well.
