preferred stock
Definition

Capital stock which provides a specific dividend that is paid before any dividends are paid to common stock holders, and which takes precedence over common stock in the event of a liquidation. Like common stock, preferred stocks represent partial ownership in a company, although preferred stock shareholders do not enjoy any of the voting rights of common stockholders. Also unlike common stock, a preferred stock pays a fixed dividend that does not fluctuate, although the company does not have to pay this dividend if it lacks the financial ability to do so. The main benefit to owning preferred stock is that the investor has a greater claim on the company’s assets than common stockholders. Preferred shareholders always receive their dividends first and, in the event the company goes bankrupt, preferred shareholders are paid off before common stockholders. In general, there are four different types of preferred stock: cumulative preferred, non-cumulative, participating, and convertible. also called preference shares.

What part of 42 BILLION with a *B* shares do you not understand? If 7 has 42 Billion shares on his OWN. How many shares do you think there has to be available to supply the few hundred other shareholders that all have a Billion plus shares? And when you got a few hundred shareholders all trying to sell their BILLIONS of shares and there is no buyer for these shares, how are any of the shareholders going to make any profits? Do the simple math. 0 volume, means 0 profit.

What part of $250,000,000 in gold do you not understand? Just wait till the contract for the additional 1800 hectares in land is finalized. Can you say $1 per share?

Dude, we are talking about a 30 TRILLION share O/S on this stock. The shareholders only hold 5 percent of the company. Multiply that 250 mil by .05 then divide that sum by 30 trillion and you will get an idea why this stock has bottomed out. Then try selling a billion shares that are at 0. You might as well flush your money down the toilet.

Anyone who does the math is not going to buy your shares. I think the run came and went on this one. I hope I am proven wrong.

Why would you want to own 9 billion shares of a stock that is worth 0? Who are you going to sell your shares to? You know there are hundreds of other shareholders who own billions too? This is a dilution nightmare.

Max... 7of9 says he has 42 MILLION shares at .00016. NOT BILLION. Reread his post. On another note, I tried to buy at .0001 3 days running. Finally got another 2.5mm at my price. To say the least I am happy with that AND the news today. IF you didnt notice a Canadian company did the assay(?) work, not PAIM. Nice to know that too. Have a great weekend. TMAN...

They are giving a 1,000 to 1 share "divi" for this stock. When he gets the "divi" he will have 42 BILLION shares. Shares are worthless if you can't sell them. Try selling ONE billion, 42 billion is impossible when you have hundreds of others trying to sell their billions too. There will never be enough buyers. You are wasting your money on this stock.

I understand now what you meant. I am not counting anything from the divy personnally. If this thing can have a run and make us some money I will be happy. Time will tell. Have a great weekend. TMAN...

What if the buyers and sellers of the stock got up one morning, took and look at an incredible increase in the financial numbers, and decided "you know this stock is worth 10 times what it is right now"? How many shares would have to be sold to establish the stock's price at a much higher level? One.

After the divi this stock will be in a 30 trillion O/S dilution hell. The stock will be worthless. You may get one person to buy, but where are the other 10s of trillions of sales going to come from?

I attribute todays crap day to the news in the philippines about the coup plot againt GMA. the entire philippine stock market was down (PAIM trades on the PI markets too). Shouldn't set the stock back too much, this is GMA's 3rd coup in the past 5 years of her tenure in office. It happens all the time in the philippines, its a very corupt country. This will pass in a week, volume will grow with accumilation, after volume = $$

I'm gonna buy myself an Audi TT Roadster. How about you guys?

Do the math: 1 billion dollars revenue (I'm being generous) divided by 30 trillion shares equals what? Dilution that makes QBID look like a winner.

Sucks but I'm now averaged down to .0002.

What is the current O/S? This stock might be good for a momentary play now and then but the O/S after those restricted shares get loose will destroy this company's value. The thousand for 1 deal is theatrics. It'll work...but also makes me say these guys aren't above doing things that will hurt the investor.

Last time I checked the O/S was 30 billion. After the "divi" 7 of 9 ALONE is gonna have 42 billion.

I'm really not sure why they are doing the split cause they just did one. Curious to as if what they wrote and what is going to happen are interpreted the same as an american and a filipino. Well we will see, I'm looking for .001 and I've made 8-9K

So where are they gonna get the 1000 to 1 shares to give to all of the shareholders? I would love to see the math you did to come up with a "$.50" figure. And who the hell is gonna buy 42 (m or b)illion shares at $.50? This whole thing is insanity, but it will be fun to watch it unfold.

I think when he said $.50 he was slightly exagerating and he also meant that the dividend wont happen. I would be happy with .005
