No one has answered my question yet. What good will the preferred shares do when you can't trade them? Why do people want to qualify for the worthless shares?

They will pay dividends with GOLD and lots of it. Also Pearl said that there might be a split into common stock. Money do you own any PAIM? !150 million long. Getting my suitcase pack to the Philippines.

The company could (per Pearl)eventually do a 2/1 convert with the preferred shares. This is where you would make your money on the preferred.

GOLD BARS. You can deposit them in Fort Knox. I am excited about all this gold. Gold is good for conductors for the space shuttles. NASA will want some gold to take to Pluto.

timstl---Keep buying at these low levels. I got 50million at .0001 and 100million at .0002. Paim will have a good run very soon. Lots of gold to be mined. I am on my way to the phillippines to pick up my gold nuggets and give Pearl a hug and stay in there resort hotel.
