I sold all but a million of this company in the last week or so right....but something looks to be up no doubt GOOD or BAD ......and i don't think we're going to have to wait much longer to find out......the RSI is showing an uptrend at days end for the first time in awhile...2.6 billion traded today....saw 450 million get traded in the last 1/2 an hour...to end at .0002...w/ a pop up to .0009 within the last 1/2 hr of trading........
PAIM may play out like a CSI episode before alls said and done..but i think this case will be solved by the end of this month...hopefully positive..........

Right now, PAIM has like unlimited shares out there. Buying * .0001 is no problem, they just give you the shares, or someone sick of hanging onto them is. Selling is a problem though. Even to sell * .0002 will be nearly impossible since everyone is already trying to sell their billions of shares and you'll be at the back of the line.

i don't think its closed at .0002 for a while, hence why it peaked my interest, but i would think that since they are going to make so much money from this gold everyday, id expect it to be a little higher, or atleast have a little run like gwgo did, but o well, who knows

Dont get overexcited about that .0002 closing, it was a wopping 10,000 share trade or to break it down $2. Think people we just trying to see what was going on with the stock since it had 4 trades go through at .0009 by mistake.

Thats why ya throw your lotto money into something like this just a hoping for a nice pop. The way the subs are a poppin it's just a matter of time before it's this ones turn again, rode the last one from .0007 to .0015 and that was after the forward split so the potential is there, resistance at .0002 ? sure for the ones that only want a double I want alot more than that, and can get it, look at gwgo rode that from .0003 to .0024 and yep met resistance along the way but the money flow tells the story so come on in, lets all ride the train together!!! That .0002 was just the beginning of something thats gona make people sick sitting on the side lines saying shoulda woulda coulda. All IMHO of course!!

Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC:PAIM) reports: The XYZ Gold Project (Town of Baleno) is located in Barangay Concahorao, Baleno, Province of Masbate. The area is app. 25 miles southeast of the known Masbate Gold Operations of the former Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation in Aroroy, Masbate Island. The Masbate Island is approximately 2,530 square miles and is populated by Small Scale Miners in every part of its territory with a total production of 6 to 8 kilos (estimated 257.21 ounces) of gold per day equivalent * $500 / ounce = $128,605.00 USD daily.
This is a Pre-World War II Gold Mining Area with numerous gold vein tunnels that assay shows average of 15 grams to a high of 90.37 grams per ton of gold and 533.6 grams per ton of silver, plus other minerals like molybdenum and zinc. The initial exploration showed an estimated 1.5 million metric tons of gold & silver reserves. The Baleno XYZ Gold Project workings indicate a good potential of the area, thus continuous exploration was made by private mining companies during the 1970's and the 1980's including the RP-JICA Project in 1988.
Pearl Asian Mining hired Mayon Geotech and Geo-Environmental Services which have conducted a geological survey of the area last December, 2004, and semi-detailed to detailed exploration survey last April, 2005. The semi-detailed to detailed exploration survey works included rehabilitation of old tunnels, rehabilitation of old and new trenches. Series of quartz veins from 100 mm up to 2,500mm were prominent in the area. The April, 2005 Geological & Exploration Report performed by the MGGS for Pearl Asian Mining showed an estimated ore reserve of over 2.4 million metric tons of gold & silver.
Processing at an average of 15 grams per ton of gold ore to produce an estimated 3,750 grams of gold = est. 120.57 ounces per day * $500 / ounce is estimated equal to $60,285.00 per day in production.
US $60,285 per day X 360 days per year operation = $21,702,600.00 estimated annual gross revenue.
Viability: The XYZ Gold property indicates potential viability, using above data and applying a 0.5 safety factor for the concerned assay. Using conservative figures for Pearl Asian's profit and loss projection, the XYZ Gold Project showed positive net income after taxes on the second year of operation utilizing the following assumptions: (A) Milling rate * 50,000 metric tons per year small scale production; (B) Metal price of gold * US$460/ounce (US$561.60/ounce as of this writing); (C) Silver price * US$7/ounce; (D) Capital cost needed * US$3.0 million; (E) Conservative operating cost (subject to further modifications once available information is completed).
Further exploration and rehabilitation of the existing tunnels are already planned and continuously ongoing this year 2006. I have broken down some of the info of the 15c2-11 that was released on the 6th.
- According to the 15c2-11 statement the reason PAIM's OS is 30 billion is because they combined the common shares of PRLGF and PRMN in 2004. Then in February they did the 1:1000 split. Not sure why they did that. I think most of the shares are owned by PAIM or subsidies of PAIM.
- It also says March 17th is the record date set by the company for the preferred shares dividend and they will be paid on March 31st. Remember if they filed this, the NASD will set the X date which could be inbetween a few days to a week IMO. That would mean the xdate would either be today or tomorrow.
- PAIM also owns a subsidy in Nevada under the symbol PGMC which is not tradable yet. They are going to issue an IPO soon to raise $5 million in cash to fund the mining of PAIM in the philippines. PGMC is going to be the Metallurgical and Chemical Lab used to process all the minerals and metals produced from all the mining sites owned by PAIM. They also plan to use the plant to process metals and minerals for other mining companies in the philippines and around the world.
- They also claim to have no outstanding loans or debts.
- PAIM plans on hiring 150 workers in the next 45 days as the manpower for the XYZ mine.
- 1%-3% of profits from the philippine mines will go to the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP).
- PAIM is awaitng and authorization of an additional 1,000 hectares of land at the XYZ site from the philippine government. The government only granted them an initial 20 hectares. (1 hectare is approximately 2.5 acres) which IMO could lead to the discovery of 2-3 times as much gold/silver and additional minerals.
- It states none of the employees of PAIM have ever been charged with any criminal activity, in relations to stocks, or otherwise.
I think this should clear up a lot of questions about PAIM, which may be why it had such high volume today. I think its the start of good things to come from the company. Not sure if you guys noticed but this stock seems to operate a little differently then most of the pennies and i think its because we have an actual gold mine. I am in the military and my job is to study the philippines. I was just there for 6 months and they sent me to school to learn how to speak Tagalog(filipino). A lot of the things they say are concurrent with how things in the philippines work.
I'm not an advisor and im not telling you to buy, do your own DD. These are just my opinions and I am probably considered a big rookie when it comes to stock trading. Just do your DD before you consider anything I say, because after all they are just my opinions and not expert financial advice.

Looks like the money they are getting is going into investments and not directly into the pockets of the owners. That is a very good thing. And incase you didn't know, Cebu is a world famous vacation spot, mostly for rich people from asia and europe. Scuba diving and their white sandy beaches are some of the best in the world.

I'm of the opinion that this will be a long position. (once the dividend happens) I'm not expecting to sell before 2007. I think we will get some flux and growth of the PPS later in the year once gold production begins.
I really like all the diversity of the company and the re-investment of the funds. I hope they can attain some level of transparency so more investors will be attracted to what will soon be an awesome pick to own.

I've bought into this stock a little over a year ago (when it was PRLGF)and have watched the Philippine gold stocks very closely since then. There is so much upside once the politics are handled and they get down to business. I also bought into BENGF (Benguet Corp)an old established mining co. in the Philippines. I think both companies are good investments to hold onto for at least another year. BENGF was once a $20 stock. Lots of upside...you can google Philippine News and get to the Philippine Star and other newspapers for business info from that part of the world. It's interesting and a lot of fun.

Supersniper,better read the 15c2-11 AGAIN. That's 30 TRILLION shares outstanding. Not sure why they did a 1000:1 f/s? It's called MASSIVE dilution. AND, they are UNLIMITED in the amount of shares they can add. And they WILL reverse split and take your money. I've been caught in three the past year. Ouch!! I also find it interesting that they "released" the 15c2-11 at same time as PYCT. Some of the same people involved. My investigation finds UDVE,MDGM and GRYF(remember THAT one?) tied to Riverside Investments, which is also tied to MLON(PYCT) and PAIM. Riverside is an "unauthorized bank" in Oregon. Hmmmmmm.
