The stock is over valued at .0001 presently. Don't forget shareholders only hold 5 percent of the company.

Max I don't dislike you by far... but the point is that paim has gone from .0001 to .0003 and will likely continue to rise until the 17th. This is the main point, I hope you see the logic here.

Here is the thing... you can argue the negative aspects of the divy all you want, or argue the legitness of the company as well, but the fact is that this stock has literally gone from .0001 over the last two weeks to .0003 (and even hit .0004 it looks like) this week. All naysayers have been wrong, the stock has gained 200% this week. I could care less if Pearl Asian is the gateway from Pergatory to Hell, bashers at .0001 or .0002 were wrong.

Max if you would make honest claims about the share structure maybe someone would listen but saying there will be 30 trillion in the float is just asinine. PAIM has 30 billion authorized and 5 billion in the float. PERIOD. With you trying to make the preferred shares sound like the common shares makes you sound like someone who is sad that they sold to early and now cant get back in. Sux to be you. TMAN...

Ok Max, I hear you, 7 of 9 rips RSHN but praises PAIM. PAIM has a lot more suspect issues than RSHN. But to argue this would be to argue semantics. None of these sub pennies will make any of us millionares in one shot.
So if this is your gripe then I am not against you. If anything I appreciate guys like you, people that are grounded and logical. I just hope you understand my thought process thus far.

regardless of what you do, if your in position now...for crying out loud you have to hold at least a 1 or 2 million shares just for the sake of it----yes you could lose your 100% gain , but on 1-2 million shares...who cares

Nobody has missed the boat on this thing. ANYBODY will be able to get in on the dirt cheap after the xdate, cuz there won't be any Exciting PR 'til they get the production facilities built at the end of the year. If you don't think 30 trillion O/S preferred shares is wacky, I'd like to know all the other stocks that you own multi-billion preferred shares of. And the only way they can be meaningless is if they are worthless.

There may very well be bars of gold on the Island, but I doubt we the shareholders would ever see anything from them if they were to be found on the company claims. All that is beside the point. The company claims they are being seriously Naked Shorted and apparently have put in place a dividend to try and bust any would be shorter. It seems they may or may not be right. The share price is now moving up for some reason and it may be due to shorts trying to cover or it may just be because there is a lot of buying pressure or both. It did move up awful suddenly after the announcement making the MM's look very guilty in my book. I know Janice will try and say Naked Shorting is just a cover for heavy dilution by the company, but that is her story on every company that claims it's been shorted. I myself believe it's these very companies that are belived to be scams that are targeted by the shorts and that may very well be the case here. If so, then I also believe pearl and her people were smart enough to smell a rat and have taken creative measures with this dividend to counter the short. The next few days should be interesting to say the least, but let it be said Naked Shorts don't give in to easily, but the fact that this company has made this move so early in the game while interest in the company is at a peak and the company knows exactly how many shares should be trading in the float could be any would be Naked Shorts undoing. JMHO

Yeh Janice is very against this stock... another reason why I don't buy into the "this stock is a scam" crap. They are all scams in pinkie land. The more people like her argue against, the more the stock seems to move. IDWD was a huge scam at .17 and nothing has changed, yet the stock has traded at .90 recently.

No. Just multiply (your currently owned common shares) with 1000.
If you own 1,000,000 common shares RIGHT NOW.
Then after the divy, you'll own 1,000,000 common shares AND 1,000,000,000 preferred shares.

Not really. The PPS could be $1 and the company could not own a damn thing. Its all about what investors are willing to pay. IDWD is nothing, hasn't been a company for years. SEC hardly ever removes a ticker symbol, even if the company folds. PAIM is relatively new, and when you are new you start out at .0001, not $10.

This is almost like GVRP all over again...very few people made money on that lotto...most said hety it is only a $50 investment to try and win millions...guess what I still have my $50 worth of worthless stocks...
