If Frank was dumping shares the past few weeks, wouldn't he have put out the P.R. about ownership before dumping? To atleast try to drive the shareprice up. What is his timing strategy with these PR's? Is it possible he's been buying back somehow, hence the large volume over the past weeks?

This may sound like a dumb question, but here it goes.....
When or if they really do send out a DVD, How does Q get shareholders addresses? When we buy shares threw , lets say Etrade, does Q get a copy of our mailing address and shares owned from the broker???
1/9/2006 - DVD Release
Shareholders,
The DVD for Triangle Multi-Media shareholders will begin being shipped to shareholders next week.
You sign up for it on the investor page. Or email Richard Brown (also on that page) and ask for a copy. He has a list of who it needs to be sent to. You will need to tell him where to send it.

With 100bill A/S and an O/S of ???....also an unknown float at this point...the market will not sustain a significant rise in the PPS....it can't at this level....there are way too many shares to be traded....even if the audit comes out and shows a 100mill value of the company, that would still equate to around .001 PPS....but the trading interest won't be there....that's way too many shares....(stranger things have happened though, for the optimistic)...obviously, I'm still watchin' this thing, in case a miracle happens......LOL....JMHO..GLTA..take it or leave it.....

hypno Maybe so ... your positive speculations are certainly as valid as the negative speculations we've been exposed to the last few weeks.
But the most important point is that none of us can know what's going on until Frank reveals a few Q secrets. And that might be only a few days away. I'm all tingly with excitement ... LOL.
GL to us all. Tomorrow should be another interesting day.

Since, according to today's PR, we have assets of "hundreds" of millions, why don't Frank sell or mortgage "tens" of millions of assets, to by back the float and retire all of us?

Maybe Frank is buying back shares and knowing the boys are coming for a visit "VERY SOON" , he should buy back as many billions as possible before "the visit". Boy would it be something if this is what has been happening all along, alot of people would be eating crow, myself included. Who knows maybe all his "behind closed door friends" that stated last year they will buy all they can for under a .01 are now coming through for Frankie Boy.

Perhaps there are already loans against those assets? Plus, QTN doesn't have a positive cash flow and may not for a while.

These people can be assured that the appropriate action will happen if the meeting is not honoured.
Doc is well informed and has the letters written in case this falls through.
Please be advised , Doc is a professional person and he knows what has to be dont to do this right.
I have every confidence in him, and what he and Imakemoney are doing.
They appreciate all the advice, and im sure can not answer all the pms they are getting.
if you have a message into them and they have not answered, its not because they are ignoring you, they are completely swamped with pms, and I know for a fact that Doc does not have his DSL at his new office till I believe he stated Jan 20th.
He is running a full time office with patience coming and going all day long, and believe me he is juggling a lot of stuff to make all the efforts that he is making in this attempt to bring Transparency to this stock.
Please all respect the work they are doing and refrain from pming them looking for more info.
they are showing great respect, and are conducting themselves in a professional manner.
they will fill us in on everything can, as soon as they can.
just because they dont give us the answers we want to hear, does not mean they are on the take, or holding back info, or being rude. They are not going to release any info that they can not verify, so let them get thier meeting, and we can go from there.
All thanks go to you You Doc and Imakemoney.
Good luck with keeping them to a meeting on Thursday.
Today is proof that they pressure is getting to Frank and that we can force the issue if we work together.
Rod

Someone needs to tell Doctoall and the other fellow to send the communication to the Sec. of State in Washington that TMM is in violation of the State of Washington's law concerning opening their financials. Frank, Rene and Richard will just ignore phone calls to them. If you can please post this where these fellas post. Thanks

noah Just helping out ... I know you're a busy guy.
Check the posts today and I think you'll agree with my decision. Man, some people are changing their opinions about Q with every post. I guess they believe that making 180-degree turns every hour gives them a better chance of being right someday ...
By the way, Rod volunteered to be parking garage monitor ... and I just couldn't say no to him. But the final decision is yours ... Rod will understand, no matter what you decide.
Right, Rod?

Thanks, redelmo. Appreciate your well-researched DD. You've obviously spent considerable time reaching this conclusion. I especially like your use of extraordinarily technical terms, like BULL****. Most stock analysts do not understand the "BULL****" theory well enough to use it effectively. I've been analyzing all your extensive facts and figures for most of the day and finally have an answer:
"IS NOT!"

Frank stated this is a long term stock.
im in till the end or till im rich, i have decided to give Frank the benefit of the doubt.
every day there are more and more of his promises coming true.
the DVD is yet another of the many. the thing to remember is Frank is consistent.
always late, but he delivers. im giving him time, he promised to make me rich, i can wait.

Tonight I went for a haircut, I've been telling him to throw a few bucks into qbid for a few months now, He finally did.......but bought thru his broker. His broker had already been trading Q. If my barbers broker knows about Q.....this must be almost a household name. Anyone else have a live broker that knows about it. Anyone have a clue to how many stockholders there may be? This could easily have a 20 bil. trading day when the audit comes out IMHO. Nuf said. SWEET Dreams!

Gee, I am tempted to buy a few hundred shares near the close at .0004 just so it will look good. It would only cost a couple of bucks.
jax Good theory but the process doesn't work that way. A bid of .0004 (or $1.00 for that matter) would go through at the lowest asking price, which appears to be .0003 right now.
However, I believe the MMs can make odd price trades and often do to "paint the tape" and make it appear that extremely high or low trades are taking place. But I'm no expert on this so don't quote me ...
That is the way it is SUPPOSE to work.....Pinks???
