Here's the best-case scenario for QBID:
The audit was suppressed because it contradicts so much of what Olsen said in the past and made him vulnerable to lawsuits. He's been spending the past few months re-structuring the company to match what he'd been saying. He hasn't issued any shares since October, restricted or otherwise, because he was not lying about the company being fully funded. He got the film library appraised recently and was able to borrow against it to buy back shares in the past month. They're hiring a seasoned, credible CFO who will get the company's financial house in order and take over all financial and investor relations responsibilities. They are preparing updated financials to reflect the new capital and business structure of QTN and TMM. There's been few financial PRs because they just put Olsen's lack of credibility in the spotlight.

Worst-case scenario for QBID:
Olsen has been lying about everything, including that the company is fully funded. He's been issuing shares to fund operations and the company is no where near break-even but still hemmoraging several million a month. Shares o/s is approaching 100 billion and now that QBID will essentially become an illiquid security that means the network goes insolvent. Toxic funding steps in and we're wiped out.

Can someone remind us of all the carriage deals over the past year and progress Qtv has made.......I guess they is no revenue coming in....LOL Does anyone have a clue to how much it costs for them to run the programming. How much will they make with the Gay games? Do we have a clue to how many they employ? Anyone?

Sorry guys for being the so called whiner the last couple weeks. I really hope i am not doin to many personal attacks because that is not what i am here for. (except maybe on Frank lol.) Just trying to understand some of the underlying issues at work here. Good luck to us all, and hopefully we can see a new website in the coming days, an annoucnement with DISH, and a new credible CFO.
If nothing else, we could be close to just being put out of our misery!

It's already here MT.....100 billion A/S, trading in the fifth digit....there is no upside....the company is desperate for money, otherwise, they would never issue that many shares and flood the market with them. If they had funding, the trading volume would be much lower....very simple.....GLTA....

I have to agree with the speculation that the company's financal report is not going to match the PRs that have been released. I believe that the company is doing everything in its power to raise money to become a large network with a multitude of contracts, which cost a lot of money. With QTN being a specific audience orientated network their income from viewers is already low; especially, since it is only aviailable in certain high GLBT cities and cell phone plans.

Well, I guess it is obvious that QTN isn't making any money to cover it expenses, otherwise Frank wouldn't be dumping shares to cover cost. The real question is 'what happens when he runs out of shares? Of course Frank said that he would go to shareholders to get permission to raise the A/S count. But, since he owns more the 50% of the shares... He only has to ask himself!

look what the collective effort did over at allstocks...they sent 2 of theirs on a mission and they returned mute. Frank holds the cards and i believe he is going to show them soon...i dont believe people should be taking action until the cards are shown and seem to have 'deceit' written all over them. IMAK and DOC really let a bunch of people down by going over there and returning to then keep quiet...if they didnt sign the 'nda' then at the least give the people a little more than just a 'happy dance'. yea, yea i should go down myself and do my own dd is what people are going to say, oh well. no disrespect to those two...i know they are, or used to be big contributors to the allstocks board.

Yes, I don't understand why these two men would go there for the good of all there "friends" on that board and then actually keep their word to someone who has not kept his word from day one. What bond do they have with Frank or anyone over at Q. They were told they needed to sign something and they chose not to because of their own reasons. That's fine, but they shouldn't have pre-announced there visit to the QBID world on all the boards and get everyone pumped up just to come back here and deflate everyone with their "we can't talk" crap. Some of us don't care what they found or didn't find out. It doesn't change the PPS either way.
