ONLY 6 Figures a Year? Hmm.. that can vary from $100,000 to $999,999. Seems the word only isn't appropriate until you know the actual numbers.

I could be wrong but I think this explanation of Toxic Financing says the Buy-Sell ratio can be manipulated with Pink sheet stocks. Making Sells look like buys,, etc.. making it difficult if not impossible to actually know what trend the stock is taking.

Well toxic financing is bad because it can lead to massive dilution, the effects on the stock would be the same. And today doesn't look like dilution to me.

So is this a good sign, bad sign, or what?

Just to early to tell. It is good that it didn't fall. We will see if there is another big dump at the close. Just don't know where all these shares are coming from.

Frank used this news during the CC as an excuse for dilution, saying that billions of shares were traded for the library and that they had come to maturity, because it was 2 years already. If you compare dates it was more like 6 months.

Q Television Network Acquires Extensive Film Library

Partners with ValCom, Inc. to Purchase 143 Films

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – May 24, 2005 – Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that it has finalized an agreement with ValCom, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VACM; Frankfurt XETRA: VAM) to acquire a comprehensive video library. Q Television Network is now the exclusive distributor of the entire 143 film video library, and intends to market the videos on a worldwide basis.

Q Television anticipates the video library will bring six figures of revenue a year to the company , since the agreement gives Q Television worldwide distribution and sales rights for the library, which includes drama, comedy, romance, made-for-television, and feature films. Aside from bringing in revenue, the films will be used as a barter position to accumulate more gay and lesbian television content. With worldwide rights, Q Television will be able to barter for films distributed internationally, including Germany and Australia.

“This is a great deal for us as we are always looking for ways to increase revenue and to partner with quality entertainment companies like ValCom. In addition, we have worldwide rights to these films and will sell them in the domestic and international syndication marketplace,” said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. “Our goal is to always produce quality original programming for the GLBT community, and the revenues from the sale of these films will allow us to produce new shows.”

The library was initially purchased by ValCom in August of 2002 and now Q Television has all rights to the films through this acquisition. “Frank Olsen and Q Television are positioned to be a huge success – he is going to use the revenues from this library to produce more original programming for his network,” said Vince Vellardita, Chairman and CEO of ValCom, Inc. “In my personal opinion, Frank Olsen is clearly the leader in the gay television market – his programming, ideas, marketing, and the team he has developed are way ahead of others in his field. Q Television is a home run.”

I wonder if this could be a fraudulent statement, they should have been sure before saying this, because in the CC Frank said that he didn't get the music rights to the films. But this PR says they have all rights.
Its hard to let Frank be accurate or honest about anything. Seems like any idiot can see thru the bull.

My Ameritrade works..

Gee, I am tempted to buy a few hundred shares near the close at .0004 just so it will look good. It would only cost a couple of bucks.

If you put in a trade for .0004, it will attempt to buy from the .0003 pool first (which it will do successfully).

Good theory but the process doesn't work that way. A bid of .0004 (or $1.00 for that matter) would go through at the lowest asking price, which appears to be .0003 right now.

However, I believe the MMs can make odd price trades and often do to "paint the tape" and make it appear that extremely high or low trades are taking place. But I'm no expert on this so don't quote me ...

Yea, I knew that.. just a thought. But the good thing is that there didn't seem to be any dump at.0002 at the close as there has been the past few days... At least as I type. I do see some .0002 beginning to show up after hours. In fact here come a bunch right now... [Mad]

Q Television Network Acquires Extensive Film Library

Partners with ValCom, Inc. to Purchase 143 Films

-------------

Forget toxic financing as a reason for share price drop...I wonder if frank financed these types of purchases with stock? I read the lawsuit a few weeks back and it seems he has done this before.

IMO nothing terribly wrong with it, provided we finally see how much the film libarary is really worth.

I'm pretty sure now the plan was to release a bunch of investor PRs while gradually dumping shares throughout the day to match the created demand.

It's annoying because the numbers are still there to make this profitable, but we seem to be at the mercy of Frank and hope that he stops feeling the need to dilute to raise funds.

You are right. So Franki boy says the film collecton is over 2000 and will bring 400K year X 5 years = $2B. Is that where he came up that number? I guess the question is what is the entire (X)collection worth? Today's PR says several million is it 100,000 to 999,999 as 4realguy stated? I guess the question remains - is it the low or high side of several $million. We need the audit I guess.

"Now, our library has over 2000 films that again, will continuously generate these dollar amounts for many, many years. It has allowed us to do 1,000 hours of original programming which bring in $400,000 per year over the next 10 years and has bought us the rights to the Gay Games."
