The sky is falling, the sky is falling....

Reality - Frank's MO is that he sells when he releases PR's that states he is buying. No PR's have been released in regards to this which in my eyes means he is doing the opposite.

If he needed money, he would be issuing PR's keeping the PPS up as much as possible, not the dead silence we have been hearing.

We have heard that the company has added employees, they are working on new shows, and the employees are so enthused that they have been buying shares. So imagine what the employees would do to Frank if Frank basically is robbing them too? They'd lynch Frank faster then we could get to him.

I'm HOLDING which is what we all should be doing. JMO [Smile]

Thanks for answering Jenn's questions so candidly. And thanks to Jenn for asking them. Although the information you and Doc have given us already has been helpful, this helped consolidate it into a nice overview. [Smile]

Do you have any idea where he got the good reputation from? It couldn't have been from allstocks. [Confused]

The big name professionals we are affiliated with would not still be working for this company if there was something that deceiving going on. When you have that stature your reputation is everything. To tarnish it for a couple dollars would be career suicide. Plus these people are successful, period. As I have said before Frank doesn't seem at all like a micromanager. He can only do so much on his own. Micromanagers will surround themselves with yes men. Frank has surrounded himself with leaders.
Everyone talks about replacing Frank. Frank is only a coach to the team, the team is all the mvp's and superstars. I can only imagine some of the meetings. Can you see Frank saying "well lets just keep selling shares untill we run out of money, or we get some money from somewhere. Let's just see what happens". And the management team along with board members just saying allright Frank your the ceo whatever you say man. No way! You've got alot of experience along with fire and passion to succeed. These meetings are full of ideas and brainstorming and agreement as a team. Strong personalities and people that know how to get the job done. Frank is not a lone ranger anymore. They see huge opportunity to grow the company and reap huge rewards themselves, making them passionate also. Not to mention they, much like myself will rise to the occasion of a good challenge.
Nothings guaranteed though.
To the moon or bust.

OK. Maybe you've already told us, but what did you think of it? I know it didn't answer many questions with details, but I didn't expect that. I just want to see the studio facilities and some of the people I keep hearing about. I've never seen any action shots of Frank ... just still photos. [Smile]

Thank you. The pps, taken with some personal issues, has gotten me a little scared now.
Aren't we all? [Smile]

The longer we have stayed down here the worse the tension has become on the boards and the greater the witchhunt has been. However, the only bad news (other than the pps of course) I find is the rumors and speculation of doom and gloom on the message boards. There is nothing else I have found that signifies anything is going south. I bought this stock the first time before I ever found, or even looked for, a QBID message board. I sure as hell am not selling it based on what I read on one now.

By the way I just finished watching the DVD here at work and now it is being passed around the office. It could have been a little higher quality in some regards, but overall I was happy with what I saw.

For those that are still waiting on theirs and missed my earlier post last night, I just got it yesterday and the postal stamp is 1/30. So they are or were still shipping as recent as a couple of days ago.

Why? I'm just curious. Do you not know and you are testing me? Or, do you just want me to do a little research and find out for you.

If it's the former... I have no idea who it is, and I never said I claimed to know. But, if it's the latter, then, sure...I'll see what I can do.

You sure are right about that. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies.

So, other than the world about to end, how's it going with you these days? [Smile]

And thanks for the DVD feedback. Just saw your message. Mine should be here soon, and I really am anxious to see it.

NEWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

BURBANK, CA – February 2, 2006 – Continuing its drive for nationwide carriage, Q Television Network (See OTCBB Other: QBID) will provide content for Verizon FiOS TV, Verizon’s new fiber-optic TV service. Through the agreement, Verizon FiOS TV will offer QTN as a premium subscription service.

QTN programming will include such hit shows as “Brunch,” “QueerEdge with Jack E. Jett,” “The Reichen Show,” “Q on the Move,” “QTN World News,” “Xcess/Access,” “On Topic” and “Flesh and Threads.” Under the agreement, Verizon will also provide all of its subscribers with access to video-on-demand programming from QTN at no additional charge.

"Q Television Network is passionately committed to bringing its unique program offerings to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community wherever they are and by any means possible, including new platforms as they emerge in the marketplace. As Verizon continues to develop new entertainment platforms, we are thrilled to provide them with specialized programming that meets the needs of the GLBT communities," said Frank Olsen, QTN’s President, CEO and Founder.

Verizon FiOS TV delivers more than 300 digital video and music channels, including more than 20 high-definition channels, plus access to more than 1,800-plus video-on-demand titles. Verizon provides FiOS TV on its fiber-to-the-premises network, which it is building in parts of 16 states, more than half of the states where it offers landline communications services. FiOS TV is currently available in parts of North Texas, Florida, Virginia, New York and Massachusetts, and Verizon will announce additional markets soon.

About Q Television Network:

This 24/7 premium television network is organized to create, develop and feature television programming for the gay and lesbian community, including live & interactive content every weeknight, plus sports, information and entertainment. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public.

The company's programming is available on a subscription basis to those desiring to subscribe. The monthly fee varies by region of the country. The network is telecast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and features a variety of live and original programming. Q Television is available on such blue chip cable systems as Time Warner, Cox communications and RCN, among others, with availability approaching 3 million digital cable households in the U.S. Q Television Network is the official network of Gay Games(r) VII. The network is also ad-supported. For further information on programming and subscriptions, please visit www.qtelevision.com.

The firm listed for the Firestone lawsuit, which is located in Texas, is Gordon Arata McCollam Duplantis & Eagan LLP. They were on record as of Dec 7. The lawyer is David Drez III. I'll see if I can find something for California.
