My best guess 1, we go BK (I just lost 35K), 2, r/s (really has no serious consequence unless Frankie raises the a/s-o/s, I have always known that it was not a good idea that one person owned over 51%, but I took the risk). 3, no black Friday ( in reference to #1) and the pps continues to fall to .00005, I throw more gas on the fire end up with a ASC of .0005 and have as many shares as Jen, and then we go BK ;-). After being here about a year (holding qbid), I am starting to loose sight of the silver lining. But…
On the other hand, in over 8 years I have never lost a dime when I opted to ASC down, so I look for-ward to getting some cash together in the next few weeks, (just finished the taxes on my wife’s S Corp. and came out way better then I expected), hope the pps fluctuates between .0001 and .00005, and call it another buying opportunity.

hello everyone...just a question....is it possible that frank has accually done something good here?? was there any major buys today under .0001 ..could this be a massive buyback and then a release of a major pr over the weekend to make them shares gold.....and make this company profitable..of course this is mear speculation on my part...the legality on this is quite questionable..but with a person like frank this could make a lot of sense...the most likely answer here is that frank plain and simple has bent over every shareholder of qbid and taken his turn..but with this company and this frank...you can never tell...what do you qbids think...............

Well as I have said before. I wrote this off a while back as an expesive vacation that gave me an extra year of entertainment. It may have been just that and nothing more, but I just have a funny feeling it ain't over yet. I have nothing to back that up but my gut and freely admit that upfront.
If you guys really expect the people that have been accused of being paid pumpers of posting right now you are as delusional as it has been claimed they have been.
The ongoing attacks have gotten out of hand and have kept me away quite often just because it ends up being 5 pages of worthless crap and one page of anything worthwhile. I appreciate the information that has been passed from the cheerleaders as much as I appreciate the information passed to us by the naysayers. It is my responsibility to weed through the dung piles and find the truth that I am confortable with myself. Lately this place has had some major witchhunt days and I wouldn't blame many of them for staying away. I wasn't ever personally attacked and I even started staying away because of the poor attitude and behavior shown by many here. The atmosphere here has not been pleasant and had become pretty personal in some regards.
Look at it this way - if the accusations are wrong it is highly probably that those cheerleadingb individuals have lost a hell of a lot more money than you have so they have their own issues to deal with that make your name calling very inconsequential.
I hope this works out for those that have stuck it out and held on for better days. I still have about 4 million myself and at a much higher rate than .0001. I have accepted where we are right now and I have accepted that Frank is not the most honest individual out there - but I still know what it takes to get on cable networks - he has made some tremendous miracles occur in that department. I do still believe Q will succeed, the only part I am not quite sure about is if the stock itself will ever recover without something horribly drastic taking place.
Only time will tell and I for one will be holding on to my shares until either money is made or indictments are processed.

Anyone that has sent certified letters to Frank, did you send to the address listed on Washington's Secretary of State website? I sent one there and it was ultimately signed for by someone but it was forwarded to a new address...

By the way, I got my DVD today. Thats another piece of the puzzle that doesnt add up.
If the intention was to get people to hang on until the end of January why send out the DVDs the last 2 weeks? It made no impact on the stock and no impact on any alleged nefarious plans of Frank's. The stock price has sucked for a while now and the sending of the DVDs this late in the game was a 100% waste of money, time, and effort if this was all over and had been intrumented in that fashion. If they really wanted to just lead people on they could have sent out 1000 DVDs and checked the top 4-5 message boards and see if people were posting about it. That would have been enough to get people to sit tight two weeks. Mine was sent January 30th.
There are as many conspiracy theories on this board as their are lies PRed by Frank.
Just one more reason I dont buy this being a totally dead horse yet.

The ONLY thing sinking this stock is the O/S, am I wrong? If the O/S went down to 5 billion, what would happen to the pps? The company looks solid otherwise. Correct me if I'm wrong. Is there a bankruptcy hiding somewhere that I don't know about?

Big-What address did you send it to? Frank Olsen as the registered agent in Washington State?
Just keep a hold of the certified letter/or fed ex slip, etc. If you eventually need a court order compelling demand, it would be good to have this receipt.

The way I see it the O/S is the supply...right....and with the supply being at least 10times what it was a couple years ago when it ran up to .026, we would need 10 investors to every 1 investor now;...how many investors do we think there have been over the past 2 years that have dropped out or made $$$ just watching on the sidelines. In the past couple years has the Q stock been talked about.I believe more than we know. How many investors are waiting to jump in?Even personal Stockbrokers are watching now. The demand is high!Anyone know economics? If we do get all the #'s ,don't you think they will be?What ........that's why we are at the pps. we are at.....the unknown, bad speculation and promisses led to disappoitment after disappointment. This all can be turned around very quickly with just one ....just one, yes just one PR.Is this impossible?Improbable...I do'nt think this thread would still be at the top for the past couple years if no-one has seen........ contract after contract after contract signed and has believed this to be a reality........will this pr come.........? I Say?

All sarcasm and insults put aside, I just want to say that The Q management sure stay detached from the shareholders the way they run a business. Who would have imagined the sh1t these guys can drag people through in light of what we were supposed to be beleiving, so far. I can't blame me or anyone else that wants to express how they feel. IMO they have a lot of it coming. For those who have it all figured out, good for you.

noah Good to see you haven't lost your sense of humor.
By the way, someone asked earlier if the OP Club has been disbanded, and I assured them it is still operational ... and very busy right now weeding out all the whiners who tried to get in by hiding their true attitudes. Shame on them.

Absolutely not ... but we've had to weed out a few whiners. Which means more cheesecake for the rest of us.
We are here, but it sure is tough. Based on what I have seen, unless these company was set up for the specific purpose of stealing from investors, it sure does not make any sense what is going on. Not a PR, nothing.
